地點靠近古根漢美術館，飯店前方就有公車可以抵達公車總站，附近有咖啡館和餐廳，距離主要shopping大街大概走10分鐘即到，要走到舊城區約20-30分鐘。房間很乾淨，有提供免費咖啡。公共空間也有咖啡機和飲水，很舒適。員工熱情，一抵達就會先概略介紹附近景點。

The hotel is great, clean and spacious. The staff is great. Location is good if you are going to guggenheim museum, not as good if you are going to casco viejo.

2nd time staying here and was a little disappointed. First off, when I pulled back the drapes from above the bed, dust flew everywhere. Whenever anyone was using water (sink, toilet, shower) there was loud noise in the wall from the machine pumping water from below. I was offered another room, but since my stay was short, I chose to stay put.

The room was fabulous, especially the bed and shower. The front desk staff were very courteous and always helpful. I am staying there again soon. So glad I found this hotel

This little hotel really surprised me! The check-in was so easy and friendly and the room was small but so well designed and comfortable. I was traveling alone in Bilbao and it was a really great landing spot for me..

Great location as it is minutes away from the Guggenheim. The first stop on the airport bus drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Many food / cafes on the street. Not far from metro if you want to go further. Upon arrival, the concierge staff was extremely helpful at sharing information of what to do in the city. On another day, they helped me book a bus to my next destination as the website was in Spanish only. My room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and along with the coffee/tea there were biscuits (nice surprise). I think my room must have been on the main piping as I heard all the water running from floors above/below me… It didn’t bother me but a little nosier than expected. That said, I would still stay here again.

The location was great, and there was a supermarket and cafe nearby, so it was very convenient. The receptionist was very kind. The bed was comfortable, neither too hard nor too soft. The only thing that bothered me was that there was quite a bit of noise. I was woken up at around 4am by the sound of the plumbing. There was also a slight smell coming from the drains. Other than that it was a comfortable stay！

Strange sounds when shower and toilet used, could also hear this from other rooms. No luggage racks. Large room, basic and needed dusting. Walking distance to Guggenheim. Shuttle bus to airport 2 mins away

受付も24時間常駐だし、荷物も預かってもらえて助かりました。立地も素晴らしくいろいろ歩いていけるし、バス停も近くで便利でした。トイレ事情が紙が流せないという点が星一つ減の理由です。

Un poco cansada la propiedad y la limpieza no la más adecuada, el servicio muy bueno.

Tiene una ubicación privilegiada, los chicos de recepción súper atentos y siempre al pendiente. A pesar de hacer el check out puedes dejar tu equipaje y disponer un rato de la sala de estar común del hotel.

Room is simple and clean. The closet is well organized and prepared. Very reasonable price. Above all, all staff were super nice. They gave me information that I needed.

Una amplia habitación con baño privado, con todo lo necesario para descansar cómodamente. Ubicado en el mismo centro de Bilbao a escasos 5 minutos andando del Guggenheim. Solo hubo un pequeño inconveniente en la habitación, que hacía que la ducha se desbordara debido a estar atascado el desagüe, pero al comunicarlo nos facilitaron una habitación al lado para podernos duchar
