Nice hotel and beautiful view. However the service of this hotel is way below a 5-star standard. The hotels use valet parking but it is drama to get your car. The staff is unfriendly and it seems like no one knows what they are doing, is there any management? People from the restaurant, valet parking, housekeeping and reception promise, but don’t deliver anything. Sad..

Room for improvement. Nice hotel in a good location, well placed to explore the island. Top-tier gym facilities and lots of parking spaces available. Room was nice - club king swim out. Worth noting that these rooms are north-facing, so not ideal for a comfortable water temperature. Service was not up to the minimum you'd expect at a 5 star hotel. Long wait to check in, no welcome drink on arrival. One busy morning the breakfast buffet was a total disaster. Guests were not being served hot drinks or food from the menu etc, staff having big fall outs between one another in front of guests. Food/drink was fine, although options for vegans and vegetarians are limited. Better food and drink can be found nearby, for better value. There is a significant colony of stray cats living in a nearby wooded area. These cats roam free around the hotel throughout the day, and many of them remain unneutered. One cat even gave birth to its litter underneath a sunbed beside the pool one morning. Staff totally unconcerned, one guest had to liase with a local charity to save a kitten the mother had abandoned. The alternative being we all just sat around the pool with a dead newborn kitten. The hotel seemingly have zero regard for the welfare of cats who are effectively living on their property. It was quite distressing to see. In a nutshell, this hotel did not exceed any expectations. It was the bare minimum I had anticipated, and in some areas simply falls short of 5 star standards.

Positif : les nombreux espaces pour faire du sport, la qualité des équipements. Le choix entre les différentes piscines. L’accès direct à la plage. La décoration de l’hôtel, magnifique. Les chambres neuves, propres. La vue mer depuis le petit déjeuner et notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Négatif : Le personnel, sympathique mais très peu sont à la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 étoiles (importance apportée au client, petites attentions…). Dommage pour la gestion des voitures sur les différents parking, bien que bien géré ce n’est pas très pratique.

Nice hotel, friendly staff with good facilities. Breakfast was nice with a stunning ocean view. Slightly remote for our liking with limited public transport options. Parking is a good option, however is not on the premesis and so relies on hotel staff to take you to and from the car

The resort was beautiful to stay in. We had a junior suite with a private pool which faced the sea and we had a fabulous experience. We were staying for our mini-moon, and the staff kindly surprised us with a complimentary bottle of cava and chocolate covered strawberries. We had use of a complimentary Fiat 500 for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a wide ranging selection including items to order from a menu. All the staff were lovely, shout out to the guest experience team. Complimentary water throughout which was appreciated with the heat. Small but functional gym with AC as well as an outdoor weights area. Would stay here again

Lovely clean and tidy resort with several lovely swimming pools, set on the hilside above the beach.

Had to change rooms after the first night as there was a terrible smell of drains. I was upgraded for the inconvenience but overall don’t think the hotel standard reflects the money it charges. I certainly wouldn’t put this in the 5* category. I also found some of the staff very unwelcoming and service was very slow. Would not recommend this place as a solo traveller either. I was made to feel at times every question or drink order was an inconvenience.

On m’a refusé l’entrée à l’hôtel parce que j’étais avec un enfant. J’ai pourtant prévenu mon arrivée par téléphone à réception de l’hôtel. De plus, il n’est précisé nulle part sur Hotels.com, que l’hôtel n’accepte pas les enfants ! Sur place on ne m’a pas laissé le choix. on m’a dit qu’on ne pouvait pas séjourner à l’hôtel et qu’ils avaient annulé ma réservation et procédé à mon remboursement.

Lovely place

The hotel is very nice and well located for a quiet holiday. Breakfast buffet was good not great. Majority of staff (check in, restaurants, pool, valet) were rude, unhelpful and seemed annoyed / bothered when asked anything.

Gorgeous views, lovely pool area, excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Far from the 'ibiza party' but that was exactly what we wanted!

Liked everything

We stayed in a club room and loved the design of the hotel, easy access to all facilities and the beautiful nearby beach. We would definitely recommend the hotel for relaxation and found it to be good value for money. We will hopefully be back soon!
