Le souci avec les résidence partagé est que les murs sont pas très epais donc le voisin est un hôte qui vie carrément dans notre espace bruit de chaise table etc etc et piscine qui ferme à 21h dommage pour prendre un bain nocturne sans que les voisins n appel pas le veilleur de nuit ne pas se fier à la photo d ensemble du site

A nice stay for the large family in 2 apartments. Car is needed, only one restaurant and no supermarkets.
Apartment 1010 smells awful from smoking. Ants are living in the kitchens. Nice swimmingpool however with frogs but cleaned frequently. Several nice golf courses in the area.

We had a very pleasant stay. We had the Deluxe-penthouse apartment with 1 bedroom and ocean view. We was very pleased with the 2 big terraces with a nice view of the ocean and on the top terrace we could see Gibraltar. The only downside was a bit noisy street behind the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

I found this area super for my purposes. Quiet and close to all amenities, but not on top of crowds. Need a car. But plenty of space and walk. Especially close for good/great golf courses especially finca courtesin. Wonderful break.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet établissement.
La piscine est très bien et pas trop de monde,elle est surveillée.possibilité de prendre des transats sur la pelouse.
L appartement est bien ,la climatisation fonctionne très bien,par contre il y a du matériel un peu usé .
Le ménage est fait tout les trois jours(changement des draps et nettoyage des sols).
La cuisine est bien équipée.
Les défauts :-pour récupérer les clés dans une autre résidence à 2km
- la route (voie rapide type autoroute)qui passe juste derrière la résidence.
- l absence d accès piéton pour sortir,il faut absolument une voiture,l accès n est pas directe, la circulation oblige de faire un tour de rond point avant ou après selon le sens où l on va.
Malgré tout c est une résidence très calme avec accès direct sur la plage de sable gris et cailloux.par temps dégagé on peu voir Gibraltar et le Maroc.

El apartamento en si está bien. El acceso a la playa y la misma playa muy mal con muchas piedras y rocas no aconsejable para niños pequeños o bebes. La limpieza no se hizo ninguna vez cuando tocaba y tuvimos que llamar cada vez para decir que hicieran la limpieza y cambio de sabanas y toallas. No hay servicios accesibles alrededor que puedas ir andando, tienes que coger el coche para todo. Aunque la piscina esta abierta de hasta las 9pm solo hay socorrista por la mañana, por lo que por la tarde en la piscina se permite todo tipo de colchonetas, barcas, etc es la piscina sin ley...

The place was very nice and clean, but you have to go to reception to check in and this is on a different site 3 miles away, finding it was not easy. the apartment was very nice but the bed was uncomfortable.
The staff were excellent and the place have a free underground secure parking. Overall was very good and would use it again.

Всё замечательно: чисто, уютно, комфортно, мало народу, расположение непосредственно у пляжа, наслаждаешься свежим морским воздухом ... пока не найдется вонючий кашляющий курящий персонаж, пропахший как набитая окурками пепельница, и не затянет свою долгоиграющую отстойную сигаретку, набитую шмалью. На замечания, что здесь дети, обычно, курятина реагирует агрессивно и начинает дымить тебе на зло ещё больше, не смотря на своих собственных детей. Если таких персонажей вам не встретится и в соседях не окажется парочка постоянно шумящих англичан, то отдых будет замечательным!
