服務態度好，但設備有點舊，有的 WiFi 插不能功能

地铁就在酒店门口，出行方便，马路对面就是购物中心。吃，喝，购物，观景很方便。酒店早餐一般。附近有很多咖啡厅和星巴克。酒店后面有日餐，中餐和便宜的阿拉伯餐。市景房间可以看到音乐喷泉。

交通便利，员工的服务态度也很好，距离主要景点也很近，是一家不错的酒店！就是空调的温度不太好，晚上睡觉全身都是汗！

Clean and good location but better if there has a city room instead patio room. For the room 320 the locker of Door is a little broken should fix it for safety.

酒店位置很好，周边很繁华，距离景区步行都在20分钟左右，门口就有地铁。附近有很多超市，购物很方便。酒店房间视野也非常好，零干扰，早餐也不错。

The location is perfect that it's just next to the subway. The facilities and devices are a bit too old...especially the sanitary wares, but wonderful service.

Amazing hotel.

Unfortunately didn’t receive the member benefit as an Expedia VIP, but it’s ok. The room had a problem with the air conditioner, which made a really loud noise when I turned it on. I told them about this and they said that maintenance would come. Maintenance came and only turned the air conditioning down? Then I called again later on… I left the room and they said maintenance would come again, but the issue never resolved. The walls would shake because of this problem. For the money, I would’ve expected them to move rooms but they said the category wasn’t available. A small upgrade for the trouble would’ve been polite…

Hola, queremos presentar una queja formal contra el hotel tras el incidente que nos ocurrió el 18 de agosto (14h45) al hacer el check-out. A mi hermana le robaron su bolso Louis Vuitton, comprado en Barcelona por 2300 euros (con ticket), y objetos de valor por valor de 250 euros dentro del hotel. El ladrón fue grabado en cámara y creemos que se debe a la falta de seguridad en el hotel. Es grave que nos robaran dentro cuando las entradas y salidas no están controladas en absoluto, los clientes reciben amenazas sinceras y algo más grave podría ocurrirle a cualquiera en este hotel. Exigimos el reembolso inmediato del importe perdido por el hotel, ya que el incidente ocurrió en el interior, con las entradas y salidas descuidadas. El ladrón entró por la puerta principal y salió por la trasera sin que nadie se diera cuenta. Fui yo quien le recomendó el hotel a mi hermana y me siento muy culpable por haberlo hecho. Nos gustó mucho el hotel y tenemos la intención de volver y recomendarlo a otros, ya que el servicio es excelente, pero la seguridad debe revisarse. Solicitamos, por favor, una rápida respuesta a nuestra solicitud.

Un maravilloso hotel, con unas magníficas habitaciones, amplias, con sábanas y toallas de muy buena calidad, limpio y bien iluminado. El personal muy buen trato, en especial el bar del lobby. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado pudiendo ir a pie a tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Recomendado 💯%

É um bom hotel. Considero importante estar ciente que ele é enorme com mais de 300 quartos e extremamente comercial, logo a individualidade passa longe em comparação com os hotéis boutiques (checkin antes ou pouco depois não foi possível!). Ambientes agradáveis, mas sempre cheios (agosto!). Não é perto dos pontos principais, mas locomoção fácil com ponto de táxi em frente (metrô e bus tbm para quem usa!). Mas , dificilmente algum hotel estará perto de tudo pq as atrações são “espalhadas!”. Perto de comércio, restaurantes , shopping …. Café da manhã por 25 euros. Optamos comer nas padarias ao redor - ótimos menus por 8euros. Apesar da localização em local movimentado, muito silencioso… inclusive de ruídos internos (outros quartos!)
