Fantastic hotel in beautiful location in one of my favourite cities. Love the rooftop pool and lounge!

Unique property with incredible view over San Sebastian. Conveniently located - quiet at night and quite accessible from the street with an exclusive elevator. Room was very nice, shower with really nice pressure! Pool was quite busy so we didn't use it, but we took full advantage of the spa - very nice wet spa amenities and amazing massage! Service was very nice overall within every interaction. We would definitely stay there again!

The family room we had was superb, it felt quality as soon as we walked in. The pool was good but could do with a few more Sun loungers / deck chairs, less sofa seats as big and bulky. I have to say the pool area was immaculate. The roof top bar we used twice during the day and evening, staff are very helpful and cheerful. The views from both the pool and bar are superb. The reception team are super helpful, informative and really helped to make our stay a memorable one. Breakfast was good, having a chef at front cooking omelettes and eggs to order a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

De accomodaties en kamer zijn perfect, De drank- en eetgelegenheden matig en vaak voor 23:00 al gesloten. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nice hotel, very close to the beach, very modern and very clean. Excellent breakfast.

This property is situated right in the heart of old town San Sebastián. It features a beautiful rooftop pool with panoramic views of the beach and surrounding area. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served buffet style and offered all the regional delights including tomato jam with homemade bread. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property during your stay at San Sebastián.

Siento que le falta ese toque especial hacia los huéspedes. Teniendo en cuenta lo que pagamos el hotel se siente frío y el personal no es cálido. El hotel tiene muchas facilidades pero le falta atención hacia detalles. La habitación cómoda pero la cama dura y muy finito la colcha. El baño excelente. El restaurante tenía un menú limitado solo cenamos un día y estuvo bien. En resumen nuestra estadía no fue memorable, fue adecuada pero por lo que pagamos no me volvería a quedar.

部屋は広い上に窓からの眺めが最高！日本人なら欲しいスリッパも備えてある。床が木張なのも嬉しい。近くの大聖堂から時折聞こえる鐘の音も心地よい。ルーフトップバーも、眺めが素晴らしく、夜風に吹かれて心地よいゆったりとした時間を過ごせる。スタッフも親切で対応も素晴らしい。申し分のないホテルでまた訪れたくなります。

Great property

Nice hotel, walking distance from the beach and attractions, with highlights to rooftop bar and pool. Parking a plus and only would encourage the hotel manager to train better staff on replacing soap bottles, towels, toilet paper.

Best hotel in town!

Fantastic location for exploring San Sebastian. Convenient with parking at hotel. Pool is small but great view of the city and nice to be able to cool down.

Great stay

Booked three nights and had high expectations considering the high price. after a long drive I went into the shower, no soap was refilled! The room was very hot. Air conditioning didn't work. We called the front desk. A man came up and said that the previous guest had turned it off incorrectly. He said he would fix it. The first night we didn't get any air and didn't sleep. On the second day we told the front desk that the AC wasn't working. She started arguing and said it was fixed. We stood up and she said they would change the settings in the basement. On the second night it was cool but we had a loud noise from a fan and couldn't sleep. On the third day we went back to the front desk after a night without a good night sleep and asked for a new room. We were met by a very rude receptionist who said everything was ok in our room. We explained that we didn't want to change rooms because we think it's funny . It was because the AC wasn't working. Incredibly rude treatment and after much discussion she said we could pack our bags and take them to the reception and we would get a new room. I have never been treated so badly. Given the price - do not book this hotel

In almost every way this is a great hotel. However if you plan to have a relaxing time by the pool forget it. Was like a school trip with kids screaming and jumping in and out of the pool. Advise going to the beach instead.
