总体服务还是比较好的 只是我运气不好 被分配在大堂右侧的0108房间 因为靠近大堂 旁边就是洗手间 所以很吵 影响休息 而且房间没有临街的窗户 感觉有点憋闷 房间里没有牙刷 迷你吧的饮料 没有价格单 会让人误以为是免费的 提供的小吃已经过期半年多了 我房间旁边的spa感觉很不错

1) Sound protection is very bad and I can hear sound from other room and corridor (Actually it's not a wall, it's wood)
2) Agreement said cleaning room time should be 12pm but usually their staff will start to cleaning around 9-10am and making very noisy
3) Pillow and bed is quite dirty apparently and I need to buy new pillow bag from the shop

I enjoyed the location of this property. The staff was very helpfull and kind.
I got upset because they charged my room before hand and i could not reverse the charge and pay with another credit card.

Hyggelig velkomst med god Cava i velkomstgave, Fri minibar. Bra roof top bar. OK svømmebasseng til barn.
Meget hyggelig betjening. Vi likte oss så godt at vi forlengte oppholdet to ganger fra 3 til 5 dager.

Amazing hotel. Restaurant on 7th floor was great. The service and feel of the hotel was everything one could have wanted. Enjoyed the steam room in the gym. Definitely would like to see a few more options in the gym. That was my only let down.

Great property with great value for your money, the location is ideal, the hotel beautiful, the room spacious with great amenities, staff is really helpful.
Also the rooftop/ swimming pool despite not being really big is super pleaseant, breakfast is also really great, I didnt had the chance to use the spa but I guess he is great too.
Anyway you can’t miss if you choose this hotel for your holidays
