Check-in tôt et très professionnel. Le restaurant à côté est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. La climatisation est très efficace mais pas très silencieuse. L’hôtel en général aurait besoin d’un léger rafraîchissement (tout est encore très correct, mais les salles de bain, les couloirs, quelques mobiliers et finitions devraient être revus). La chambre en elle-même est agréable et donne une bonne impression générale. La propreté est bonne. Le parking à proximité est pratique, et les lignes de bus du centre-ville passent en bas. Un supermarché est à côté.
En somme, bon hôtel pour une escale courte à Grenade.

Pensaba que iba a un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero me he encontrado uno de dos o menos, habitación extremadamente pequeña, aseo mas bien antiguo y con deficiencias, me tocó en una quinta planta y con un solo ascensor muy complicado bajar o subir sobre todo con los auxiliares de planta, superamables, pero subiendo y bajando, por supuesto su trabajo pero sin poder los huespedes bajar o subir.
La verdad es que suelo viajar bastante y este hotel no lo recomendaría nunca, es triste decirlo lo se, pero seguro que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas

Nice and modern hotel, Lack of some amenities like other 4 stars hotel : kettle in room,coffee...in room.Internet wifi very spotty. I have to reboot my phone all the time. Wifi signal is weak in my room. In there other word, it is a good hotel but need some improvement. Parking rate is expensive too. Ihotel give you a voucher good for 24 hours, if you park more than 24 hour, and need to go some where, you have to pay extra on top of 17 Euro/24hours. It does not has privilege get in and out many times as you want.

La ubicación del hotel, muy buena.
La habitación, como era triple, muy grande y bastante bien pero el primer día di parte de que el frigorífico no funcionaba y así se ha quedado durante nuestra estancia. Además el secador que había en el cuarto de baño, también dimos parte porque no funcionaba. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Excellente expérience compte-tenu du prix absolument fou, et du fait que nous avons réservé à 22h00 pour le soir même, en plein mois de juillet!
Tout aurait été parfait, si la climatisation n’avait pas été aussi bruyante. Le bidule a l’air d’être en fin de vie, le système est antédiluvien, et le chahut toute la nuit à la hauteur. Heureusement, nous étions tellement épuisés par la journée de marche au soleil que nous avons dormi comme des bébés sur les excellents lits.
