I stayed in the Moderno apartment and it was simply amazing! Spotlessly clean, very modern, completely silent, well air-conditioned, large, immaculately presented with a comfortable mattress, amazing shower and large terrace! If that wasn’t enough, it’s also in a fabulous location close to the incredible architecture and tapas bars that Seville has to offer.
The people working there were extremely friendly and the check-in/out processes were very easy. I cannot recommend this place more highly!
If I had to state any negatives... err... I guess the scissors in the kitchen weren’t the best I’ve ever used and the bathroom could do with some more places to hang the towels - those extremely minor points are literally all I can think of!

The apartment was terrific. We walked in and were stunned by its appearance. It was spacious and really well set out. It was furnished to a really good standard and little touches such as complimentary tea and coffee reflected the kind approach of Mari.
It was in a great position for all aspects of Seville and on a quiet street.
It was well priced and easy to find. It’s true value was in the owner Mari. She couldn’t have done more. She sent instructions to get there from the airport and offered wide recommendations on sights , eating and entertainment.
I would recommend anyone going to Seville to start by looking at this one.

Mari on reception was great. Very helpful. Gave recommendations where to eat etc. Even gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything. Room was great. Only thing is there is road noise from the cars in the small streets but I think that would happen wherever you staying in Seville. We will definitely be back to Seville and will certainly stay in the same place. Definite 10/10.

Had a lovely stay here for 6 days. We had the Moderno apt and it was perfect, spotless, well equipped and stylish. The apt is situated just round from Las Setas so was convenient for all sights. We liked the area as you felt you were living and shopping amongst Spanish as there were not many hotels around us ………a more authentic feel. Mari the receptionist was a star. On arrival from the airport, we inadvertently left a bag containing credit cards etc in a taxi and she dealt with it swiftly, managing to locate our belongings and ensuring they were returned to us the next day! Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was a find! Mari, the wonderful woman working there was amazing! She was super helpful via email before we arrived and then gave us great tips for our stay in Seville. The room itself was also wonderful. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Location was great too. We could walk to everything. Really enjoyed our stay!

Apt is in a beautiful converted old house (convent?). Ultra-modern inside the flat. We were so pleased the apt had heating, as it was very cold in Seville. The only thing we would have liked was a heated towel rail in the bathroom, as there are no radiators to dry them on. And some English language Tv channels! Mari, our hostess, was fantastic, helpful and warm/genuine. We enjoyed Seville, apart from the cold winds.

I traveled with my 16 month old and stayed in a room with patio. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. The bedroom is almost completely dark and with the door closed, probably the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The kitchenette was fantastic for having small items available for my daughter and she absolutely loved the fountain on the patio (which was much too tall for her to get into). There was coffee and tea as well as some small snacks available.
Mari was nice and helpful. She greets us when we arrived and was accessible via texting. She was even so amazing to let us have an extended checkout time as my daughter had not yet adjusted to the time difference and there were no guests booked to arrive that day for that room.
Worth noting - the living room does have a pullout couch. It is not quiet. You will here the buzzing from people entering and leaving the main door to the hotel. Bring ear plugs if you plan to use this as a sleeping space.

We got a ground floor set of rooms with its own courtyard and fountain which was just fabulous. Mari, the concierge, was incredibly helpful too. One of those times when the site's own photos don't do it justice as it is much more impressive in real life. Absolutely excellent.

Beautifully decorated and equipped room in a very convenient situation. Easy to get to from the station and easy walking distance to all the sites . There are shops and bars very conveniently located in adjoining streets. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We looked at other rooms which were beautifully designed and decorated.
