Le service de l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.
Il me semble obligatoire de prévenir que La salle de bain n’est pas séparée de la chambre. Vous n’avez donc aucune intimité lorsque vous êtes 2.
Les portes de douches et de toilettes ne sont pas hermétiques et sont transparentes. Le lavabo est dans la chambre sans séparation.
C’est un réel problème. Vous devez vous changer dans la douche.
Aucun service proposé n’est à la hauteur d’un 5 étoile. L’ambiance est triste. Le petit déjeuner ferme trop tôt et n’a rien d’exceptionnel.
C’est réellement une très grosse déception pour le prix payé. Le parking est horrriblement cher et est en supplément, 35 euros par jour.

Men, flere mangler sammenlignet med andre hotell med samme stjernerangering og pris:
- Dyr parkering, tre kvartaler unna hotellet
- Ingen hjelp med bagasje (ekstra spesielt bår parkeringen er såpass langt unna)
- Ekstremt lytt fra rommene ut til gangen - du hører alt
- ingen leselamper ved sengen på rommet - hvis en skal lese må begge ha lysene på.
- Vannet i bassenget på terrassen var veldig grumsete, det så regelrett skittent ut.
- Helt ok service, men mindre imøtekommende og proaktiv enn forventet.
- Veldig lite grønnsaker og «sunne» alternativer på frokosten.

This hotel was simply heavenly. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. Very comfortable for a family of four. The breakfast buffet fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool overlooking the beach and castle felt magical. Location is the best- steps from the beach and minutes from the town for dining and shopping.

Check in was easy. Definitely didnt realize if you have a car, parking isn't included and its a charge. Unfortunately their lot was full so we had to fond alternative parking and it was far. Upon arrival to our room, everything was clean and fresh nothing negative about the cleanliness. The inly negative is there was no welcome info about hours of bar, pool, breakfast and etc. so we had to keep asking for information. They also did not prepare us for needing separate cards for pool towels and it one card per towel. Why we were not given these upon check in ? Other than those minor details we had an amazing time with our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We particularly enjoyed the spa, which was very relaxing, and we had a great view of the sea from our hotel room. The staff (particularly doormen) we’re amazing and provided great service. One thing to note is that the hotel did not provide us with bottles of water, and we had to pay several euros to purchase them. Considering it is a 5 star hotel, it would be nice if they would provide this. Otherwise, we had a great, relaxing stay and would not hesitate to come back!

While I want to love this place because of location and lobby aesthetic, it’s full of problems… There is no desk (not suitable for any computer work), no drawers at all (clothing was a mess on a shelf), no bedside table drawers (no place for PJs, etc so it was just a mess on a table), A/C is controlled remotely and barely worked at all (we were miserably hot constantly and called down 6 times for a thermostat override), sat at the bar being intentionally ignored for 15 mins until we had to leave for dinner. The gym advertised on the website wasn’t open (until May!). Maid service on one day: took our room key, didn’t leave any towels so I got out of the shower to have nothing to dry off on, left no coffee pods so we had to call down and wait for them.

Les - : Le parking n est pas collé a l hotel mais a 300 mètres à peine et est bien sécurisé.
Tres compliqué de regler la température de l eau dans la douche, nous nous sommes brûlé plusieurs fois.
