We had a very good time in this hitel. The front desk is very helpful, and provided good suggestions. Morning buffer is a surplus.

Excelent hotel

No me ha gustado el tema eléctrico Algún enchufe no funcionaba al querer utilizarlo para cargar el móvil. Se echa en falta enchufes en las mesillas. Estabamos en una habitación triple y a la noche, cuando queriamos cargar los móviles habia que estar a ratos los tres. Un poco incordio.

Muy bonito y a muy buen precio, sólo deben verificar si tienen estacionamiento disponible.

El personal de recepción no fue muy amable

Great location in walking distance to all old town sights. On the downside the bed was not that good and they do not have parking (even if in Hotels.com it was advertized). Public parking garage is in walking distance though.

Well located, plenty of underground pay parking just few steps away… but two short sections of stairs make it not that comfortable if you are carrying big/heavy luggage

Great breakfast buffet, great secure parking garage with lift to reception and rooms. Nice spacious room, big balcony (but not much view).

As indicações da colaboradora da recepção revelaram-se perfeitas, nomeadamente no que se refere a: visitas a efetuar; e jantar no José Maria. O tempo disponível é que, sem dúvida, foi curto. Muito obrigado

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Uitstekende ligging. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Super zentrale Lage, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel, Frühstück Preis Leistung sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt: lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption und teilweise genervtes Personal weil die IT nicht funktionierte ...

Magnifique hôtels parfaitement situé. Grande chambre avec vue. Petit déjeuner extra Parking sur place

El entorno es bonito. El desayuno está bien. Las almohadas son XXL. Una cama bastante cómoda. Pero deberían tener más cuidado de airear la habitación tras el cambio de huésped y deternerse en la limpieza del cuarto de baño. Hay habitaciones con cuartos de baño adaptado para minusválidos sin mampara en la ducha. Existen habitaciones interiores que parecen un submarino.El wifi es una kk.

Hotel is within the walled city , which means very close to everything.. easy to reach everything walking.. The room is very small, and I don't even know if there was a way to adjust the AC.. They must have had the heat on the night I stayed, because it was a little cold outside yet. yet ended up being very, very warm in the room.. had to open the the window to sleep. parking was included with the price that were on my, which was nice.. biggest complaint was breakfast.. That was also included, in hindsight, I wish it was not.. would have much rather paid for a decent breakfast.. first time I have not liked Iberian ham .. That quality was horrible.. the quality of the home breakfast was horrible.. service was very slow.. as I said before, I think it is better they do not offer breakfast, or if they do charge people and let them get decent food..

Beautiful property in a lovely historical part of the town. The room was a bit poky and noisy though. The neighbours walking along the corridor or the lift was very audible in our room.
