Très bon séjour, personnel très accueillant et souriant. Nous étions dans 1 appartement dans un bâtiment annexe et c'était beaucoup plus calme que le principal, avec sa propre piscine. Le buffet petit déjeuner et repas du soir sont bien, il y a de tout et tout le monde y trouve quelque chose qui lui plaît. Salle un peu bruyante par moments. L'attitude des vacanciers est parfois choquante, beaucoup de restes dans les assiettes, certains attendent l'ouverture de la piscine pour réserver des transats sans forcément y aller. Globalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour, rapport qualité prix plutôt bon.

Great few days staying here. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Food options are really good. We turned up at 14:30 and check in wasn't until 15:00. Normally you would be allowed in the room earlier but on this occasion we had to wait half hour, really frustrating when you have children excited to jump in the pool

ホテルはとても良い場所にありビーチへのアクセス、公共機関へのアクセス共に近くにあり困ることが無かったです。部屋も綺麗に清掃されており、とても広く必要なものは全て揃っていました。スタッフと接することはチェックインカウンター以外無かったけど応答は普通でした。食事は可もなく不可もなく無難でしたが、もう少しホットミールに力を入れてほしいです。家族連れで訪れるにはとてもオススメ出来ます。

Ungene hadde det helt supert med basseng, sklier og Arcade område. For oss voksne var det dog veldig trangt på solsengområdet, frokost var helt okei, og rommene - de var så små. Kunne ikke ha åpne kofferter og det var en hylle. Det var hyggelige ansatte som hjalp når vi spurte, men Sitter igjen med helt grei rating.

Personal muy poco implicado con los clientes. Puede influir que la presencia española es de menos de un 10%. Horarios europeos en un hotel de playa español. Socorristas cerraban piscina (a las 18.45) 15 minutos antes porque decían que no les estaban pagando. Personal de comedor poco amable

Nous avons été hébergé dans un appartement à côté de l’hôtel. Pour y accéder nous devions longer deux trottoirs jonchés de poubelles et d’odeur nauséabonde. Il manque du personnel au restaurant pour pouvoir accueillir le monde débarrasser les tables et redresser les tables. Le restaurant est toujours bondé, il faut faire la queue pour se servir. À la piscine, les maîtres nageurs, ne regardent pas et laissent faire n’importe quoi. Il y a d’ailleurs plein d’enfants à la piscine VIP en haut alors que c’est censé être seulement pour les adultes. Le bar principal à côté des toboggans est toujours plein de monde il faut faire la queue. Les boissons dans le alI inclusive ne sont pas terribles, et si on demande autre chose, on nous dit qu’il faut payer (aperol Spritz, chips, granitas…) Sinon, l’autre piscine est assez agréable, même s’il faut se battre pour avoir des transats : les gens font la queue à 9h devant la porte pour attendre l’ouverture à 10h de la piscine et courir pour obtenir les transats et les réserver toute la journée avec leur serviette, même si ils ne sont pas dessus et personne ne dit rien. Beaucoup de touristes anglais qui sont très bruyants et qui ne respectent pas la quiétude des autres voyageurs. L’appartement est très mal insonorisé. On entend les voisins qui se permettent de faire la fête jusqu’à des 3h du matin, et nous étions logés devant le lieu de livraison qui nous réveillait de bonne heure. La plage à proximité est agréable.

Le personnel est génial ( dans le restaurant, au bar, les animateurs, les maîtres nageurs etc …) ainsi que la responsable toujours à l’écoute pour résoudre les soucis Nous avons eu des soucis au niveau du parking car se sont des emplacements numérotés et les feneants préféraient prendre notre place plus facile que la leur …. Nous étions dans la partie appartement et en 12 nuits notre appartement n’a pas été nettoyé une seule fois !!! La nourriture est bonne, sauf le petit déjeuner sucré qui est sec et sans intérêt Les boissons en all in sont très bien et les animations sont agréables ainsi que les trois piscines Pour notre anniversaire de mariage nous avons eu un gâteau et une bouteille de cava Ce que je retiendrai le plus c’est incontestablement la gentillesse du personnel !

Family of 5. Stayed here for 1 night late June. Allocated an apartment around the corner from the hotel. Be mindful if you’re allocated an apartment it will be outside the hotel. Multiple issues but the main ones were air conditioning not working in the bedroom, patio door handle fallen off and broken, torn curtains, old food and remnants of ants from previous guests under the foldaway beds, lack of cleanliness in the living area, tiny terrace, frames on the walls cracked and 1 missing some glass, dirty walls. In short the apartment bore no resemblance AT ALL to what I had booked through hotels.com I tried to complain and get the issues resolved but no luck whatsoever other than a free, but appreciated lunch. Staff were nice though. Fellow guests were interesting characters. Conflicts by the pool with people trying to block sunloungers despite signs up everywhere saying it is not allowed. Thank god it was only for 1 night. Never again.

Great place to stay! Plentiful food options at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Lots of pool options for all members of the family and plenty of space to sunbathe. Highly recommend this place.

Self catering apartment. Apartment was in the annex building which is at the back of the main hotel. Difficult finding in the dark as annex has a different name to main hotel! Apartment clean, had everything we needed. Kettle, toaster, hob and utensils for basic meals but ate out most nights. Pool freezing but was end of October. Ok once you’re in!! Very enjoyable stay

Had a wonderful stay at FERGUS Pineda Splash! The front desk staff were super friendly, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options for everyone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
