白天及夜間員工，均親切且樂於助人，客房安靜，浴室清潔。旁有公車直接到奎爾公園，8點前到達，入園免費ㄛ，否則要花8.5歐元。

每個床位均有拉簾，隱私性足夠。
有些房間的床位沒辦法感受到足夠的冷氣，若再把拉簾拉下，一開始會有些許悶熱。
各項住宿體驗均為標準以上，沒有到超級好，但也還不錯。
服務人員還不錯，浴室有點不足（淋浴間小，蓮蓬頭固定在牆上，水壓小），房間還不錯。

Nice little hostel in a great neighborhood. It was close to the metro and bus - making it easy to get to the main attractions. The hostel is a bit small, but it is clean. The 4 bed dorm is a bit small, shower is very tiny and didnt drain, the light was not blocked well in the bunk, the walls were thin so when my neighbor in the room next door had their lights on, it would cause a slight illumination in my bunk. Kitchen use was great, but unfortunately the pans werent great so it was difficult to cook.
Otherwise staff is fantastic and this was good value for the money.

I stayed at Free Hostels Barcelona for one night. I chose it due to its proximity to Barcelona Sants station - it was only a short walk away. I stayed in a private room with ensuite. It was a cheap place to stay, so my expectations were not high. I would note however that walls were not particularly soundproofed - I could hear people taking in the the adjacent room as I was trying to sleep.

This Hostel was clean and comfortable, and quite most of the time I was disappointed that, at almost 70 years old and having requested a bottom bunk, they were unable to oblige with this. The other difficulty I had may have been related as all communication, emails mostly, was done in Spanish, so I was unaware at times what they were trying to tell me. Now, that's largely my own fault, but they might consider using English as well, as this language is spoken world wide.

Hostel tem uma localizacao muito boa, porém a infraestrutura da acomodacao deixou a desejar. O ar condicionado estava quebrado, foram informados por todos os ocupantes do quarto, a temperatura dentro da acomodação estava em torno de 26⁰C. Foi solicitado o reparo, informaram que o reparo seria feito somente na segunda feira. Nao foi oferecido outra acomodação, pois disseram que o hostel estava cheio e nem outra alternativa de hospedagem.Tive que antecipar o meu check out e ir para um hotel. Não obtive ressarcimento da diaria paga a mais, somente a taxa turistica de 5,50.

Pro: Good location. Kitchen has all needed utensils. Working air conditioner. Clean bedsheet and guest toothbrush.
Contra: worst matress ever on the extra bed (in 3 bed room) and very small room for 3 (quite okay for 2 people).
Uncomfortable and not so clean shower and bathroom and the room itself full with dust. No soap in the bathroom. Asked to keep for 5-6hrs our luggage (3 medium sized backpacks and 1 hand luggage) and were charged for it, which would he totally okay and even good option untill i witnessed more than 1 person kept their bags and luggage(more than 1 and for longer than 2-3 hrs) and they were not charged anything.
