This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best. The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants nearby but it’s definitely dated and needs an upgrade. Pool was freezing cold even though the staff said it’s heated.

Happy with stay

Very noisy. The evening entertainment makes it impossible to sleep before 11 pm, and after that it still noisy mainly because of the kareoke bar opposite the hotel. There was a cockroach in the bathtub during the whole stay. We can see now that other people have had the same issue with cockroaches. The breakfast was ok.

Excellent location

The hotel was clean and the room was really nice. The only issue we had was the noise. Our room was situated above the bar/cafe at the front of the hotel. Constant scraping of chairs which seemed to echo, and the noise from Babushka's, over the road until the small hours as well as the entertainment in the hotel at night, was all a bit too much. And it has put us off staying in this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel....all the staff were really friendly always happy to greet you and look after your needs...the room was kept immaculate everyday thanks so much to the cleaners they did a great job....no complaints from us ..thankyou.

It's an older hotel true! But the staff is outstanding. The staff is attentive and courteous even whein I struggle with the language. The hotel, dinning area and rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower water pressure is amazing. I only eat breakfast at the hotel. However, they offer a nice selection of hot and cold food. And the food is replenished until late morning. They have nightly entertainment! When I go in February...they tend to cater to a mature crowd. It's 5-10; walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants. Additionally, you have several restaurants across the street and two affordable supermarkets.
