GF Isabel 度假村

Lovely helpful staff .on finding out it was my son's birthday (day of arrival)..the next day we got back to our room to find a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card from the staff and hotel it really put a smile on his face .

Ontbijt was niet gezellig door de drukte. Er is heel veel keuze bij het ontbijt maar het eten heeft weinig smaak. Het hotel is mooi maar verouderd. Het bed piepte van zodra je bewoog en ligt niet echt comfortabel. Airco werkte heel zwak. Personeel was vriendelijk.

The room was spacious and was maintained and cleaned every day. The amenities were enough for the guests to enjoy. It's just the jacuzzi, I never understood why teens cannot use it, and must be 18 years old or above. I couldn’t say it’s a pet-friendly place because they have stray cats that roam around, and places are restricted even for a small dog. The night show, disappointed, focuses just on the children.

Lovely bungalow in quiet little courtyard for 4 bungalows. Quaint. Quiet. Cute. Convenient for pool. Took the time to wander around the Isabel village. Kids area looked great. Nice adult pool area too. Great activities in morning around main pool.

The hotel still looks ok but my apartment felt dated. Nowhere to charge phone near the bed, the sofa or dining table - annoying. Front door was stiff / heavy to open. Water pressure out of the shower was excellent though. Food was a bit disappointing. A couple of nights I struggled to pick food I wanted to eat. It is a family hotel so the dining room was generally loud. Coffee was so-so. All the staff were good, particularly in the restaurant.

We love GF Isabel. We like the fact they aee apartments and the staff are very friendly.

Fantastic hotel rooms splotless own roof to balcony pool great staff really frriendly . A good choice of food . We went half board but you are able toswap evening meal for a lunch if you want to no extra cost

Hotellet noe nedslitt! Service og hotellrom OK ! Det var negativt at det var en god del duer på utebordene ved frokost. Da gjestene hadde forlatt bordene tok det tid å rydde restene etter frokost og da var det en mengde duer på bordet og spiste restene. Syntes dette var uhygienisk. Frokost og maten var veldig bra , bortsett fra dueplagen.

5th or 6th stay - I've lost count. The staff as ever courteous, friendly and helpful. The room spotless every day. Excellent size pool, plenty of loungers (no need to play "place the towel"). Good choice of lunch at the adjacent snack bar.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The place is huge, with lots of rooms and bungalows, and even though it’s a bit older, it truly has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Rooms are very clean. The swimming pool area is massive, with an outdoor bar, a kids’ pool, and plenty of space for children to play both in and out of the water. In the afternoons kids also can play in a lovely playground for the little ones. Breakfast and dinner were honestly the best I’ve ever had in Spain. So much variety and everything was delicious! I especially loved the fresh bread buns – soft inside and perfectly crunchy outside (definitely not hard, as some reviews say). Dinner was full of options: different meats, fish, seafood… everything tasted amazing. Even my partner, who is quite fussy with food, was eating three plates every evening! We also liked that here is the gym, it is not big but it’s good for holidays to do some workouts. The evening shows were a highlight for us. One night there was a circus-style performance, another night acrobatics, and even a magic show. Before the main show, there was a fun mini disco for kids, which they absolutely loved. The drink prices at the bar were also very reasonable. The staff were friendly, fast, and always helpful. The hotel’s location is great too – close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and perfect for a nice evening walk. Overall, I truly recommend this place, especially for families with children. This was my 3rd visit to GF Isabel and it was fabulous, as ever.

Onze accommodatie lag heel rustig en mooi.We miste in de woonkamer wel een lamp in de zithoek. Verder super tevreden.

Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.
