An absolutely wonderful hotel with amazing staff and service. Overall clean and tidy with a very generous and tasty breakfast. Location high up with beautiful views of the ports and Palma city. A destination I would be more than happy to return to.

The pool area and views of this hotel are great. The breakfast is also good. But the greatness stops there.
This hotel is in desperate need of renovation and the rooms and lobby appear rundown and over the hill. I’m sure it was great and maybe even 5 stars at some point.
The pool area has dirty sunbeds and the food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely awful. The service was non-existent as well. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant twice and both time had to go inside to try and find a waiter after sitting outside for 20 min. When the food arrived, it was undercooked and tasted of old cooking oil. Stay clear of the restaurant and buy lunch in town, should you choose this hotel.
