We loved the elegance of this hotel - superb location to access the old town centre! The room was really spacious and the bathroom facilities were also excellent. We also loved the small extra touches like a bottle of wine and the chocolates too! The staff were very helpful, kind and efficient. I’d highly recommend staying here!

amazing. Amazing staff and such a beautiful hotel. the breakfast was amazing. you can walk everywhere. wish I stayed longer. will definitely come back. Very historical and the location couldn't be better. Loved the entire city so colorful and vivacious. highly recommend.

Delightful old-world charm. Beautiful with an actual physical room key one leaves at the front desk. Elegant details and “edible gems” in the room delighted my senses. I wish I had been able to stay longer.

Llegamos a las 10.55 y la persona que nos atendió se dirigió a nosotros con muy poca amabilidad, indicándonos que habíamos llegado por los pelos y que la cocina cerraba a las 11. Un hotel de 5 estrellas debe cuidar más estos detalles. Ninguna queja con las personas de la recepción, muy atentas y amables
