Lovely 4 Star hotel, air conditioning provides a nice chill during the mid day sun. Decor very nice and very clean, the room smell nice and are over two floors with beds provided in both. The only negative whilst checking bed sheets in one of the beds a crockroach crawled out of the sheets - this probably happened whilst the room was being aired or came in with the sheets. The breakfast is good but dishes could be cleaned.

Hieno ja siisti hotelli. Kaksikerroksinen huoneisto ilmastoinnilla oli todella kiva. Vuodevaatteet hyvät.
Aamiainen, lounas ja päivällinen todella hyvä ja monipuolinen, juomat sisältyvät hintaan, joka oli plussaa.
Lapsille monta uima-allasta.
Ainoa miinus on sijainti, koska kaukana rannasta ja palveluista. Mercadona löytyy onneksi 1 km kävelymatkan päästä.

Die Anlage, die Zimmer und der Pool sind schön und gepflegt. Das einzige Problem ist jeweils das Frühstücksbuffet welches nicht allzu gut unterhalten war. Viele Produkte waren schnell nicht mehr verfügbar oder nicht nachgefüllt. In diesem Bereich besteht Verbesserung.

All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!

The resort is beautiful and the room was gorgeous (we had a 2-level with a kitchen, which was nice even though we went with AI). The food at the buffet was delicious with a lot of options, I would have preferred an a la mode restaurant on site for some variety, but what is there is excellent. The activities staff are wonderful (all the staff were wonderful, actually!), but the games room was lacking (broken machines, missing billiards balls, etc.). Easy to get a lounge chair. Well appointed amenities. Overall, it was a perfectly relaxing holiday. I would certainly go back.

Upea paikka, kauniisti sisustettu. Siisti. Ystävällinen, mukava ja huumorintajuinen henkilökunta. Paljon ohjelmaa hotellillakin, jos olisi siellä viettänyt päivänsä. Muutamana päivänä aamupalalta puuttui tiettyjä tarjoiluja, mutta nekin varmaan vain siksi, että oli niin paljon majoittujia.

The property itself was great, clean and comfortable beds and good facilities. The rooms were huge and well equipped with self catering needs. The location of the hotel was quiet and only a walking distance into Playa de las Americas. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Fantastic covid safe stay with a huge 2 storey apartment with a balcony on each floor. We had such a lovely time we extended our stay by 3 days and the hotel gve a great deal and ensured we could keep the same apartment

Nice hotel complex with apartments however not great for sharing for more than 2 people. The extra beds in the open plan living room are very comfortable and a lack of space to use them and store luggage as well. Avoid all inclusive deal as the food is not very good.
