Lovely hotel, little out of the way from most things.

Wunderbare warme Pools, toller neuer Wasserpark für kleinere Kinder. Ganz tolles Personal, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren begeistert!

All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!

Overall, very nice resort that was family oriented. The food was just mediocre - most dishes lacked flavor and the variety could have been better.

Bra boende för familj då vi hade en lgh med 2 våningar. Bra sängar och sköna kuddar. Köket va ingen höjdare. Det fanns inte heller så mycket sittmöbler inne. Frukosten inget att ha. Skralt med utbud.

Great property and lovely location. Right next to golf etc with a good supermarket on site. About €10 away from the main strip and beach etc

Lovely 4 Star hotel, air conditioning provides a nice chill during the mid day sun. Decor very nice and very clean, the room smell nice and are over two floors with beds provided in both. The only negative whilst checking bed sheets in one of the beds a crockroach crawled out of the sheets - this probably happened whilst the room was being aired or came in with the sheets. The breakfast is good but dishes could be cleaned.

The resort is beautiful and the room was gorgeous (we had a 2-level with a kitchen, which was nice even though we went with AI). The food at the buffet was delicious with a lot of options, I would have preferred an a la mode restaurant on site for some variety, but what is there is excellent. The activities staff are wonderful (all the staff were wonderful, actually!), but the games room was lacking (broken machines, missing billiards balls, etc.). Easy to get a lounge chair. Well appointed amenities. Overall, it was a perfectly relaxing holiday. I would certainly go back.

Upea paikka, kauniisti sisustettu. Siisti. Ystävällinen, mukava ja huumorintajuinen henkilökunta. Paljon ohjelmaa hotellillakin, jos olisi siellä viettänyt päivänsä. Muutamana päivänä aamupalalta puuttui tiettyjä tarjoiluja, mutta nekin varmaan vain siksi, että oli niin paljon majoittujia.

The property itself was great, clean and comfortable beds and good facilities. The rooms were huge and well equipped with self catering needs. The location of the hotel was quiet and only a walking distance into Playa de las Americas. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Fantastic covid safe stay with a huge 2 storey apartment with a balcony on each floor. We had such a lovely time we extended our stay by 3 days and the hotel gve a great deal and ensured we could keep the same apartment

Nice hotel complex with apartments however not great for sharing for more than 2 people. The extra beds in the open plan living room are very comfortable and a lack of space to use them and store luggage as well. Avoid all inclusive deal as the food is not very good.

Plusieurs points négatifs pendant ce séjour : Ménage pas fait alors qu'il était précisé que le ménage était effectué chaque jour. Seules les serviettes étaient changées, le sol laissé en piteux état, femmes de ménage qui n'avaient pas d'aspirateur et des cheveux et poils étaient sans cesse retrouvés. Après de multiples demandes d'amélioration à ce sujet, rien n'a changé au fil des 3 semaines passées sur place, nous avons dû acheter le matériel pour faire nous même notre ménage... De plus les appartements sont équipés d'un ballon d'eau chaude de 50 litres donc, si vous êtes nombreux ou adeptes de longues douches, fuyez ! Sans parler de la coupure générale d'électricité que nous avons subie pendant plus de 12 heures, avec pour seul dédommagement proposé suite à réclamation qu'un petit déjeuner.... Donc plutôt déçus de la prestation de cet hôtel dans l'ensemble. Pourtant, les appartements sont spacieux, bien aménagés et dans un cadre sympa, il y avait beaucoup mieux à faire en se donnant un peu de peine ! Dommage....

Not for us. Great for kids, teenagers and families. Not for the middle aged and older. No Porters and we had to climb 62 stairs to get to our room. Room was great. A/C inadequate, might as well not been there. Room No 23. Too many Sunbeds crammed around 2 small pools, far too claustrophobic for us, awful! Food could have been much better. Staff were awesome.
