Muy buen hotel. Algunos bar tenders con mala actitud pero otros empleados muy serviciales

Did not like my stay here. Hotel is run poorly, the staff isn’t friendly, the housekeeper was lazy, the showers water pressure is awful, there was even a night where all phones were down at night. It’s in a great location if you’re going clubbing, but I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Great location, near the airport and easy walking into playa Bossa. Third stay at the property now, the jacuzzi room was amazing.

The room was clean, staff was very helpful, short walk to the beach. The only thing I didn't like was how we didn't have access to all the restaurants, pools, or bars on the property.

Great all inclusive hotel - appeals to families and young clubbers with some big clubs nearby. Has a fun vibe with live dj’s by the pool, lots of loungers, right by the beach or a €14 taxi to Old Town…. Perfect getaway

Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Some bartenders were very friendly but most were not. Location very convenient.

Wij verbleven van 1 t/m 8 augustus in Palladium White Island en kregen veel minder dan beloofd. • Minder faciliteiten: Voorheen mocht je ook gebruikmaken van Palladium Palace Select, nu mag dat ineens niet meer. • Onvriendelijke houding: Op onze klacht kregen we letterlijk te horen: “Je hebt pech, dit zijn nu eenmaal de nieuwe regels.” • Prijs-kwaliteit compleet zoek: Hoge kamerprijs, maar een uitgeklede ervaring. Wat ooit een topbestemming was, is nu niet meer dan een doorsnee resort met een te hoog prijskaartje. Als je waar voor je geld wilt, zoek dan verder – er zijn op Ibiza genoeg hotels die wél service, gastvrijheid en volledige faciliteiten bieden.

El mejor hotel de todos. El precio es increíble porque dan todas las comidas. La ubicación es perfecta y el mar está enfrente. Los cuartos son muy cómodos.

Das Hotel verdient keine 5*. Unser Zimmer für 3 Personen war sehr klein; wir konnten kaum durchlaufen :-(. Das Personal, vor allem an den Bars ist sehr unfreundlich. Gegen 11.00 Uhr waren schon allen Liegen besetzt. Das Angebot im Hotel war allgemein sehr klein :-(. Leider kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen im Hotel war sehr gut!

I would say that this is a good hotel but what brought it down for me was the food. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but otherwise most of the food felt a bit bland. The buffet had limited variety of protein and a lot of different carbs which made it difficult to make a decent meal out of it. In 2025 they changed so guests didn’t have access to the adjoining resort which really limited the experience. We also felt that the cleanliness could be improved – specifically with dirty glasses that was just left in the room and not taken away.

Matériel hébergement : aspirateur, sacs poubelles, lits bb stockés dans les couloirs à côté des portes des chambres ! Système de clé intégré au bracelet top.

Wir sind zum 8ten Mal im Grand Palladium Ibiza gewesen( white island und palace) und sind zu tiefst enttäuscht. Dieses Jahr waren wir im White Island und haben Downgrading kassiert! Man darf nicht mehr zum Palace rüber und hat somit nurnoch 1 Pool. Die Sports Bar ist gestrichen! Sie haben ein Barabteil im Whiteisland als ersatz eingerichtet aber dort lief nicht mal Die Frauen Fussball EM! Es liefen Fussballspiele von vor 10 Jahre! Ab 1 uhr nachts muss man an der Bar bezahlen auch wenn du member bist! Wir waren 10 Tage dort und es gab nur 2 Themenabende, das restliche Essen war immer das gleiche und alles irgendwie zusammen gewürfelt… Niemals 5 Sterne! Wir hatten schon akzeptiert das es im einzigen Pool dort diareus gibt und er dadurch manchmal abgesperrt ist. Aber dieses Mal war sogar das Entertainmend -10 / Ein Entertainer hat beim Aquagym mehr herumgeschrieben als motiviert! Also richtig erbärmlich! English können die Mitarbeiter leider auch nicht mehr. Man muss alles mind. 2 Wiederholen, wenn man mehr als Cola oder Aqua con gas sagt! richtig nervig. Wenn du was an der Rezeption brauchst rechne 1 h ein. Ibiza hat auch enorm abgegeben. Ushuaia hat einen neuen Besitzer, Hard rock hotel wird geschlossen und kommt was neues. Die Clubeintrittr und Getränke nur noch für die obere schicht, bei den Liegen am Strand fange ich garnicht an…. Wir gehen nicht mehr nacb Ibiza! Schade ums Geld…

The hotel is nice, but it’s disappointing that nothing on the description of the hotel advises you that you’ve now split with next door and we can’t use those facilities. It should also tell you that drinks are chargeable after 1am The biggest let down is the restaurant and food, pretty much the same thing every day, unappetising, and the service is incredibly slow. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star hotel.

Service was wonderful. Very satisfied. Will consider staying there again.
