Great little hotel right on the waterfront with direct beach access and a private patio for guests to use. Pool and playground were appreciated as alternatives to beach and ocean. Walking to breakfast two hotels away was not inconvenient. The recently renovated bar located inside the hotel was excellent, although lines got long during happy hour. 24-hour front desk with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were better than expected. The kitchen could have been fitted out with more pots, pans, cutlery, etc but we got by with what was provided. The hotel is slightly dated but has been well maintained and strategically updated where needed. It was very clean and we never had issues with noise, AC, or anything else. A bathtub would have been preferred over a shower since we had small kids to bathe but we made do.
