The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, especially compared to other accommodations we were considering before our trip. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, with the breakfast team providing particularly attentive service each morning. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us and proactively arranged a room change as soon as one became available. We truly appreciated their effort and commitment to guest satisfaction. When we return to Mallorca, we will definitely consider staying at Marítimo again. Highly recommended!

Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Juni 2026 gab es eine tolle "Umwelt" Aktion. Wer auf eine Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt 15€ Getränkeguthaben. Wir haben unser Zimmer nur jeden zweiten Tag reinigen lassen und haben am Ende des Urlaubs gut bei unserer Getränke Rechnung gespart. So eine Aktion kannten wir nicht und waren begeistert. So wurden Resourcen auf allen Seiten gespart. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Es gab jeden Tag ein anderes Thema und Angebot und alles sehr professionell und liebevoll zubereitet. Entertainment und Einrichtungen haben wir nicht benutzt und können somit diesbezüglich keine Bewertung abgegeben. Das Bett ist fest, jedoch nicht zu hart. Wir hatten nur einige Probleme mit dem schmalen festen Kopfkissen. Auf Nachfrage haben wir andere bekommen, welche aber nicht so viel besser waren 😅. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, jedoch keinen Wasserkocher.

Привіт з України! Відпочивали в кінці травня. Вражена ввічливістю персоналу. Нам влаштовували ідеальну чистоту у номерах щодня. Ресторан і меню - смачне і різноманітне. Ідеально для сімейних пар, а дітям і молоді може здаватись скучно. Готель новий - все пахне свіжістю. Близько до пляжу. Рекомендую усім відвідати це місце!

I recently stayed at Grupotel Marítimo in Mallorca. While there are some strong positives, the drawbacks significantly affected my overall experience. Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the stay. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Cons: Sound insulation between rooms is extremely poor. You can clearly hear conversations and noise from neighbouring rooms, which made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. The hotel allows smoking, and cigarette smoke regularly drifts into rooms from nearby balconies. This was a major inconvenience and made the room uncomfortable at times. Overall: Grupotel Marítimo offers great service, a convenient location, and a fantastic breakfast, but improvements in soundproofing and stricter controls around smoking would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Struttura molto piacevole attenta alla pulizia di ogni area. Ottima la Spa , gratuita, dotata di piscina con acqua calda e getti d'acqua. Personale premuroso e cordiale.

I dont usually write the reviews, but here I have to! The staff is incredibly helpful, they helped me with my booking misshap without any complaints and with a smile on their face. Amazing breakfast and Dinner. Definitely worth getting the half board! Short walk from the most beautiful beach! Can only recommend

Dejligt hotel med fin beliggenhed tæt på stranden. Der busstoppesteder næsten. Imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Rent og pænt på værelse og i fællesområder. Ok variation i buffet både morgen og aften.

Very friendly staff; breakfast buffet had everything possible. Only thing to remember for bike riders: Breakfast doesn't start until 7:45 am.

Great staff throughout the hotel, the food was decent with a good choice. The room was clean and the bed comfy, the room would benefit from a coffee machine. The bike facilites are basic but ok.

Cet hôtel est vraiment parfait. Emplacement idéal, personnel agréable, équipements top et chambre parfaite.

Fantastisk mat, särskilt frukosten!

Ein insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und hervorragend, der Service im Restaurant top. Die Zimmer sind schön, nur etwas hellhörig. Kleine Mängel wie ein defekter Safe und eine Steckdose im Bad mit etwas Schimmel fallen leicht negativ auf. Insgesamt sind wir aber zufrieden.
