The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. The air conditioning is very noisy. The breakfast, in terms of variety, feels more like a 3-star hotel quality. The bakery selection is poor and limited. I expected better from a 4-star hotel. As for the El Arenal area, in one word, it’s terrible and low-quality.

Es handelt sich aufgrund der Nähe zum Mega Park doch um eine Art Party Hotel - viele Partygruppen, folglich ist es doch laut - ab 15:00 Uhr DJ am Pool . Pool Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Gesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. An der Poolbar wartet man oft sehr lange auf seine Bestellung.

Wir hatten im unteren Bereich ein Zimmer und der Ausblick war nicht so schön. Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere Zimmer, mit großem Balkon und großer Dusche. Am Nachmittag DJ am Pool. Sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet. Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis top für Urlaub am Ballermann. Einziges Manko ist, dass es nur eine große Bettdecke gab.

The room was quite noisy, with sounds from the corridor and passing guests. The bathroom sliding door didn’t close completely, so there was little privacy. The balcony view was of bushes and the parking area. On the bright side, security felt great, breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly, and the pool area was lovely. The location worked perfectly for us.

Fünf Minuten zum Strand, perfekte Lage zur Party Meile. Trotzdem ruhig und entspannt. Einkaufsladen 100m neben an. Gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour dans cet hotel si vous aimez un lieu vivant et touristique . Hotel adapté pour une clientèle plutôt jeune ou couple. Piscine propre et suffisante au vu du nombre de personne , dj toutes les aprem pour une ambiance de vacance. La chambre top , grande , tous les équipements sont là et fonctionnent bien . ( si vous avez un problème il y a une appli , nous avons testés , super réactivité de l 'équipe, bravo) . Au vu de la population jeune et allemande ( et oui car le coin est fait pour les allemands) relativement calme la nuit pour bien dormir. Les repas demi pension top aussi , régaler le matin et soir avec buffets à thème chaques soirs. 5 min à pied de la plage et de toutes les attractions , commerces , bar ....) Pour conclure si l ambiance festive allemande ne vous dérange pas , vous y serez très bien .

Die Lautstärke war viel zu hoch bzw. waren die Zimmer viel täzu hellhörig.

Cant understand how in the world this hotel has 4*, and so good reviews(!) Rooms dont have cofee/tea or even soaps and stuff. Noisy hotel, and staff dont understand or speak good english, or then they pretend they dont, and wont just listen. Waiste of money, dont go here.

Sauberes und ordentliches Hotel - eine gute Adresse für ein paar Tage Playa.

Das Hotel liegt ein paar Minuten entfernt vom Strand. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 7. Stock mit einem tollen Rundumblick. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Für einen Kurztrip zum Party machen super geeignet, weil es sehr zentral liegt. Für einen gemütlichen Pärchenurlaub nicht gerade geeignet, weil es sehr groß und nicht unbedingt gemütlich ist.

The Location is good but the Service wasnt friendly and the rooms r too old. Its clean but not perfectly and you hear a lot.
