Much better than expected

Service is really good , but the room is a little be small

Comfortable hotel in a handy location. We have stayed there before but this time they had replaced the room kettle with a coffee machine - no use for tea drinkers!

Stannade bara över natten som genomresa och testade aldrig frukosten. Har egentligen inget att klaga på förutom att det är väldigt lyhört. Dörrar smälldes i hela natten och det var ett väldans liv. Sov nog tre timmar ej sammanhängande som totalt. Var förstörd dagen efter. Men annars fint rum, sköna sängar.

H10 Itaca marknadsförs som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell i centrala Barcelona. Priset är rimligt för standarden, men det är flera saker du bör känna till innan du bokar. Plus • Priset är fördelaktigt för ett hotell i den här kategorin. • Standardrummet håller god nivå: stilren inredning, skön säng och ovanligt bra garderobsförvaring. • Rummet är rymligt och badrummet stort. • Tyst område och nära till tunnelbana. Minus • Väldigt lyhört från korridoren. Det känns som det saknas en dörr. • Städningen är medioker. Använda glas togs inte bort, och det verkar som lakan inte byttes – en kväll kändes sängen sandig trots att vi inte varit vid stranden. • Hotellet ligger långt från turistområden. Räkna med 30–45 minuters promenader till det mesta. • Poolen är missvisande – snarare ett fågelbad än en plats att koppla av på. • Turistskatten (per person och natt) kommuniceras inte förrän vid incheckning. • Trots att vi hade två rum i tre nätter, och checkade ut 24 timmar tidigare, tog hotellet ändå fullt betalt för sista natten. De skyllde på sin policy. Slutsats Du får ett snyggt rum och ett tyst läge till ett vettigt pris. Men servicen haltar, läget är avsides och vissa bekvämligheter håller inte vad bilderna lovar. Vi valde att checka ut i förtid. Jag kommer inte bo här igen.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Our experience was wonderful at this hotel, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was close to many coffee shops and restaurants. The Hop On Hop Off bus stand was directly outside as well as the taxi stand. Great location.

A great hotel in a really convenient location for Metro, walking to the centre, tourist bus and local bars and restaurants. Friendly team and very clean and tidy. Muy bien!

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very clean and well equipped. It was in a great location for walking to restaurants and the sight-seeing buses stopped right out front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Barcelona.

You can easily walk to the Sants train station.

It’s a very nice hotel and comfortable beds.

H10 hotel is very close to a bus and to the train and metro station. In less than 10 minutes you will be in the city center. A special thank you to the staff which welcomed us with a room upgrade! Recommended!!!

Great location

Location was perfect room and food was great. However. Needed to ask for items several times. Should have been obvious, looking for a plug to charge phone at check out. Only 2 towels provided for 2 people. Uncomfortable doubling up towel use Busy bathroom, ,clear shower door was awful. Mirror interfered with hand soap. Food was expansive at breakfast. Evening meal was just what we needed. Light bite

Clean and clam 30 mins away walkin from center Quite location

Hotel felt a little run down to be honest. It was clean enough, but just tired. Also they seemed a little short staffed in the Lobby. The bar was often unattended and you had to wait. Best part of the stay was breakfast where there was excellent variety.
