拉斯皮 H10 飯店

在4月8日早上，與家人在酒店吃自助早餐，中途竟然有一隻大蟑螂飛到碟上，十分噁心。

此酒店已經第二次入住，酒店在旺中帶靜位置，酒店附近有購物及吃東西地方，超方便。如再到巴塞隆拿，都會再作考慮之列。

此酒店步行至地鉄站相當近，行出酒店數分鈡已到達購物中心點，食嘢及購物非常方便。酒店check in and check out都非常快，除了房間略嫌稍細，其他大致上滿意。如有機會再到巴塞隆拿，會再作考慮入住之選。

Amazing location conveniently located near lots of the tourist attractions and restaurants

The room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is excellent; friendly and attentive. The small extras were a nice surprise; a glass of cava at reception, the welcome chocolates in the room, the coffee bar with pastries open all afternoon.

Nice hotel. Very clean, quiet and in a convenient location. Staff is very nice. Only complaint is not having coffee available until 1pm every day. Otherwise, recommended to stay here

Very friendly staff and clean room. Throughout the hotel was nice and safe. Close to shopping and parking, this was a perfect location for our 1 night stay in Barcelona.

Disappointing that no coffee facilitiy in the room, and the team doing breakfast service would not/could not produce a couple of cups to take back to our room. Other than that stand out negative, the room, other facilities and, most importantly, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Good location.

Breakfast was delicious, staff super friendly, stores and restaurants are close by, definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Historic Gothic Quarter

The location was ideal, we were able to get around easily. The hotel staff were polite and helpful with directions and kind We had good views from our balcony

OK hotell med meget god beliggenhet, men rommene var trange og litt upraktiske. Renhold OK, ansatte var vennlige og imøtekommende.

Location is amazing. Easy walking to Las Ramblas with lots of shopping and dining options! Public transportation is also nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need a cab, be sure to ask the front desk to call for you. Most cars cannot drive to the entrance of the hotel, but if they call for you, the cab will pick-up right in front of their door! The hotel rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had no issues with the size of the rooms like others have complained about in their reviews. It’s Europe, so the rooms will be smaller than you’ll find in the US. Overall, great and clean hotel with friendly staff!

It was such a pleasant stay. The location was excellent and very central. The room and bathroom were very clean and nice. Noise level was very low. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is not the problem. Their AC is nonexistent. They say they have AC but there is no AC. Literally had a fan in the room. You cannot wear clothes to sleep as it is too hot (sorry TMI) but really it's hot as heck in every room. Food in the dining very sub par. However the location is really perfect and central to rambla .

The staff was amazing.. the stay was great. The only thing that was really lacking was air conditioning as the ac is set for the same temperature for entire hotel, but they quickly got us a fan for the room. Other than that, we had a great experience here. Close to everything.

This hotel was deceptive. The room I booked and paid for 9 months in advance was not the room we got when we checked in. We ended up with a tiny closet sized room, barely big enough for two small sized people to move around our 2 medium sized suitcases. This room should only be used for a single person. The check in clerk would not help us find a better room. They advertised a common coffee bar but we could not access it unless we purchased there over priced breakfast. We use Expedia all the time and this it is the first time we have been given a disappointing left over room after booking and reserving a room well in advance. I feel we were treated very poorly at this H10. I would not recommend this hotel and we would never stay in an H10 again this hotel is a representation of the chain.
