My partner and I stayed at the Hilton Diagonal Mar for 9 nights and loved it! The staff is very friendly (Marc is amazing and took great care of us). The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the beach Llevant which is way less busy than the coast further down. We were within walking distance to renting seadoos, the metro/tram/bus stations. The hotel is right across from a giant shopping mall with many amenities like fast food and the grocery store. We were happy to spend some nights just in the room after long and busy days. The air conditioning was pretty good and water filter stations on each floor were super helpful. We didn’t hear any other guests through the walls. The pool was also lovely but very busy though that didn’t stop us from getting great lounge chairs every time we went. They were free for hotel guests. Saw some reviews complaining about the elevator system but we found it actually quite great and never had to wait very long. The neighborhood which this hotel is located in is perfect for tourists who value safety and quiet. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Thank you Hilton Diagonal Mar- we miss you already!

Alles kostet Extra, am pool ist immer kaum platz man muss für geld reservieren. Frühstück ist für das kleine und jeden tag gleiche Angebot. Meine Empfehlung kein frühstück zu buchen für den preis kann man draußen viel besser essen.

I was charged twice 250 euros by check in I gave my credit card the hotel charged from my credit card 250 euros by check out they took once again 262 euros by check out I had to pay them only the city tax it was total 62 euros for for 5 nights, Now they have to pay me 450 euros back to my credit card, I’m just waiting for my compensation

Personal beim Check in und Poolservice sind alle sehr freundlich und nett. Am 13. Stock im Gang gibt es sehr starke Geruch nach unangenehmen Geruch. Pool spürt man fest Chlor. Sonst der Pool war herrlich.

I loved this hotel. The mall across the street made it convenient to get anything I needed. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the food was amazing at their restaurant and I slept comfortably. They were kind and wonderful with our family. I would definitely go back.

We stayed here 4 days prior to our Disney Cruise. We loved the location as it was right across a mall plent of restarurants and shops. Everyone was friendly ane accommodating. The pool area gets busy on weekends. Loved the refillable water stations. Love that daughter was free for the morning buffet. The only negative was the first day when I tried to withdraw from the ATM and the machne took my credit card and I was not able to retrieve. Manager mentioned this also happened the week before. I hope they replace this ATM asap. Luckily, I had another credit card for the rest of my 10 day vacation. I had to freeze my accounts and redo all my accouts with automatic deduction. It would have been nice if the manager gave me a discount or some type of free breakfast buffet or upgrade for this inconvenience. Overall, happy with hotel.

Nice hotel across from mall with lots of good restaurants. Located 1 block from the beach but due to construction had to walk a few beaches over. Pool area is really nice, good gym but smith machine is old and rusty. For summer I felt like pool/ jacuzzi should be open later. Breakfast was great at the hotel. Shower/bath combo had a half door that spills water on the floor and in our second room the shower door was broken and had a large gap letting water come out. Overall recommend due to being a nicer, larger hotel and convenience near shops/ restaurants. It is about 20 min taxi to typical tourist sites of Barcelona.
