Sauberes Zimmer und sehr Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel we were welcomed by some wonderful staff. The hotel entrance and reception was extremely clean. The welcome drink was a wonderful extra. We stayed in a hot tub suite which was amazing and had great views of one of the pools.. during the stay we were regularly given pool towels, beach towels and new room towels if you needed it the food at breakfast and dinner was amazing with plenty of choices healthy options and really fresh. The seating around the hotel and during the evening entertainment was plenty never fighting for a seat either at the side of the pool or during the evening the drinks options were lovely.. it would’ve been great if we could’ve paid cash for some of the drinks particularly by the pool. It was great to have local amenities close by to the hotel, including shops, other restaurants and the beach. This is my second stay here and again would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a peaceful escape, in a luxury hotel where all staff treat everyone the same. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

Great location. Friendly staff always happy to help. Coffee could be better! The machines are rather slow. Food was good, especially at Kimera. We enjoyed the daily DJ and could always get a sunbed. Rooms are nice however lack of wardrobe space. Glad I was only there for a few days! Bar drink options were good. Only annoying thing is you can’t charge your room or use cash when at the pool side. We used the gym several times and were happy with the equipment and it was always clean

Glatte 3,5 Sonnen. Zu gut für 3 zu schlecht für 4. Das Hotel ist optisch wirklich schön, der Poolbereich ist top und auch das Essen war im Allgemeinen gut. Das Personal war im direkten Kontakt zudem immer sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es aber deutliche Abzüge beim Komfort und Service: - Man merkt die alte Substanz des Gebäudes. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, besonders die Abflussgeräusche aus anderen Räumen waren lautstark zu hören. - Auf Anfragen folgte keine Reaktion. Unsere Anfrage nach zwei separaten Decken wurde ignoriert, sodass wir uns selbst an das Reinigungspersonal wenden mussten. - Eine gemeldete, undichte Duschwanne wurde bis zur Abreise komplett ignoriert. Fazit: Eine solide 3,5-Sterne-Erfahrung. Essen und Anlage top, beim Service und der Bausubstanz gibt es Abzüge.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal vor Ort. Leider gibt es einfach faktisch zu wenig Platz im Restaurant. Zum Frühstücken geht es noch, aber Abends ist es da pure Chaos. Es wäre auf jeden Fall besser, wenn das Abendessen schon um 17:30 Uhr starten würde bis 21:30 Uhr. Als wir um 19:10 Uhr unten waren, reichte die Schlange an hungrigen Gästen bis zur Eingangstür zur Lobby... Ein beheizter Pool wäre auch sehr schön für die Zwischensaison. Personal war wie immer absolut zuvorkommen und freundlich, leider war der Check Out dennoch sehr unpersönlich. Beim Check Out ist es das mindeste nachzufragen, wie der Gast seinen Aufenthalt empfand. Sehr schade, da wir dieses Hotel schon sehr vielen befreundeten Pärchen empfohlen haben!

Very warm welcome with a welcome drink offered and bags taken to the room while we checked in. Was given clear information at check-in about dining, drinks and the 2 pools. We were wowed by our deluxe room with pool view and balibed on the balcony. The room was a good size, with a coffee machine, bottles of water, fridge and flip flops and dressing gowns provided. The room was quiet and a huge comfy bed. All staff we met were friendly. We saw a couple of shows which were good. The food was good for a buffet and very good value for money. However, if you do not like fish or spicy food it was a bit limited some nights, although there was always the option of having steak/chicken cooked for you to order on the grill. The were a couple of negatives. Firstly the opaque shower room walls and door. if you put the light on when using the room at night it was so bright it lit the bedroom up and disturbed the other person in the room. We were aware of this before we went but it is still an annoyance. Secondly the drinks service at dinner was very hit and miss, with a long wait to order and receive drinks some nights depending where you sit. The staff also seemed to have trouble with electronic system for ordering, but as it was at the beginning of the season it could just have been due to new staff/systems. All in all a great stay and we would definitely go back.

Wir waren das dritte Mal dort und dasmal das letztemal. Den unser Zimmer war auf eine Seite ausgerichtet wo unten die Küche war, jeden morgen ab 6:00uhr entleerten sie das Glas sowie am Abend um 23:00 uhr nochmals. Die Angestellten machten unten in der Nacht Part. Wit riefen 3 mal in der Rezeption an um dies zumelden, dass nach 1 Uhr Nachts. Das Zimmer wurde nie sauber gerreinigt und die Bettlacken dreckig bezogen. Der Kaffe schrecklich. Schade für den nachlass

Alles war sehr gut für einen schönen urlaub.

Fantastique !! Accueil au top, personnel très agréable, demi pension nickel, prix des cocktails et boissons sur place pas plus chers qu'ailleurs, concerts tous les soirs, superbe ambiance, piscines et transats au top. Plage magnifique à 5 minutes à pieds. Nous reviendrons

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Atmosphäre insgesamt sehr angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Wir kommen da immer wieder gern. Tolle Shows jeden Abend und freundliches Personal.

Towels are provided free of charge, even on check out day! The breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice but drinks added up, with water being $3.50 for a bottle. I think cocktails were €9-€12ish and bottles of wine started at €25ish. You provide your room number for drinks you get at dinner and pay at checkout. The cocktails at the poolside nighttime entertainment were same price as dinner. Lots of servers so it was quick to order, but only a couple bartenders so took a while for drinks to come out.

Lovely hotel but an hour away from the airport with no hotel shuttle options so pricey transfers

The included breakfast and dinner buffets alone make this hotel worth the stay! Hands down the best experience we could’ve imagined. The staff are helpful and friendly. Great location, walkable area, lots of nearby parking available if needed.

Frühstück war super. Abends zu wenig vegetarisches.

The room is clean and well cleaned. They used the wet clean in my room. The location is good and the breakfast is various. We are so satisfied.

Loved this hotel, definitely recommend if you want a beautifully chill holiday, myself and my partner will be returning, the closeness to the beach (may I add was the most beautiful beach i have been to) was amazing 4 minute walk. The food was exceptional, plenty to choose from, breakfast and dinner, worth noting that drinks are provided during breakfast but at dinner you have to pay for drinks and you cannot bring ur own into the restaurant (€3.50 for soft drinks which was fine) both pool areas were super clean and the staff where wonderful and so accommodating, always smiling and willing to help. We were offered a glass of wine on arrival (sparking rose and it was delicious) and a complementary bottle of red wine in your room, we arrived late so missed dinner but they had food prepared for us in our room (sandwich, fruit, water, yoghurt and a beautiful egg salad with dressing) which we really appreciated. When the room was cleaned the fridge was restocked with water which again was so much appreciated. Towels provided for sunbathing and a complementary tote bag was given to hold the towels for trips to the beach, dressing gowns and flipflops where also provided in the room. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was amazing and we made sure we made full use of this, the balcony is super spacious and had such a glorious view to wake to in the morning. Overall this bae-cation was one for the books and we will certainly be returning so thank you again Astoria Playa you really are amazing.
