Wonderful location. Rooms are a little dated but clean and very functional and comfortable. Hallways were impeccably clean, which was impressive given its on-beach location. Breakfast buffet had great selection, as well as other good dining in the hotel and nearby. Excellent service throughout visit.

Balkongen mot havet/ stranden (som vi betalat extra för)
gick inte att använda våra tre första dagar pga ett pågående arbete precis bredvid. Odjud och damm gjorde att balkongen inte gick att använda. En stor besvikelse.
Vi försökte få byta rum/ balkong, men det "gick inte". Vi begärde någon form av kompensation, men det fick vi inte heller.

Lovely hotel, beautiful sea view room and amazing staff. The beach restaurant was very good with delicious seafood.
Only downside is the lack of a bar or beach service for hotel guests. The main bar is more catered for non hotel guests with is extremely busy at times and although staff are amazing the are very overstretched.

The location of the hotel is excellent as are the staff.
The hotel itself though is quite tired and due an upgrade. The pool area is run down and the sunbeds (if you manage to get one) are broken. There is no pool bar, so the area doesn’t work as despite this you are unable to bring drinks in from outside.
This wouldn’t be an issue if there price were not so high, there are much better options locally for this price point

Good location, breakfast was fresh with wide variety of items. A nice patio where you can sit and relax with a drink, snack or meal. We were not hurried from our table, so nice place to relax. Only real downside is that it took a long time for housekeeping to get to our room each day to refresh. Made it difficult to relax in your room during the day.

Great location, very central within Nerja, sea view rooms lovely - spotlessly clean. Great to have a lift down to the beach, otherwise it’s a bit of a climb. Breakfast ok, clearly catering for the large British/Irish clientele, although I would personally prefer more Spanish food and particularly fresh orange juice! Although the hotel was relatively recently renovated, it is showing its age in places; standard rooms are little small, bathrooms cramped and difficult to get in and out of the bath for a shower. There are sun beds on three levels, although I suspect in peak periods they would be taken very quickly. Be aware that there is no vehicular access to the hotel, the nearest parking is 250m away.

Vi boede lige ovenover en automatisk åbnende hotelindgangs dør, som vi kunne høre i vores værelse, og det var ret irriterende, - især om natten. Derudover var der meget lydt, fra værelset ved siden af, hvor der ankom ret støjende gæster midt om natten
