Lovely hotel located right by the beach in Benalmadena. Large clean room with 2 double beds. Breakfast was fantastic, choice was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Very pleasently surpised. The property is definitely older but we'll maintained. Staff were all great. All inclusive offer was pretty generous and good value with a range of drinks and snacks included throughout the day. Buffet meals had a pretty good variety. Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property with disinfectant gel everywhere. Rooms and beds were comfortable and functional.

Det er ikke et hotel vi vil anbefale til nogen. Det er et dyrt hotel, men det afspejler på ingen måde virkeligheden. Bestik, tallerkener, glas og kopper var hver eneste dag beskidte. Og hvis der ikke var decideret madrester på dem, så var de fedtet. Vinglas med aftryk fra læber, bestik som alle kan se var beskidt havde de dækket op med. Tallerkener tog man selv og de var enten meget beskidte, som i decideret ulækre, fedtede eller havde aftegninger i stor stil af vand. Vi nævnte det dagligt, men lige lidt hjalp det. Vi blev desværre også syge med maveonde. Porten til parkeringskælderen gik i stykker, da vi skulle ud en dag. Det fattede de intet af i receptionen før jeg havde været ved dem 4 gange. Vær opmærksom på havudsigt. Den er super, men det betyder også, at I kan høre alt, hvad der foregår af festivitas om aftenen. Og hotellet lukker det først omkring 00.30. Vi boede på 8. Sal og det larmede. Bruser er ikke til mænd over 180 cm. Da vi forsøgte at stille på den stod vi med bruser, ophæng mm i hånden. Vil du ligge godt i solsengen så koster det eur 12,- for 2 med madrasser. Madrasserne var direkte klamme og alle trængte til en udskiftning. Alt i alt en meget kedelig oplevelse.

The room view was excellent we were on the first floor and had a family room with plenty of space. Unfortunately as the occupants upstairs used their facilities we had a leak from the ceiling, the room was made by the house keepers each day but it was always swept properly, we noticed this when we first moved into the room too. There was plenty of food choice each day, as a vegetarian it was the same thing each day

Nicht gefallen hat die Essensauswahl beim Abendessen und das Frühstück war eintönig ohne Abwechslung. Z.B. nur 2 Marmaladen, immer die gleiche Wurst, kein geräucherter Schinken, kein Lachs usw. Preise für Cocktails an der Strandbar waren überzogen, da die Qualität Luft nach oben hat. Badezimmer total veraltet und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Ekliger Geruch aus dem Abfluß der Toilette und des Bidets. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Personals. Unser Zimmer im 11. Stock hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick sowohl auf das Meer, als auch auf die Straße und einen kleinen benachbarten Strand. Fußläufig sind Restaurants, eine Bushaltestelle und Supermärkte erreichbar. Das Hotel bietet eine Tiefgarage für täglich 15€ an.

I have stayed in much better hotels than this and paid less money It was ok but that’s about it, the hotel advertises satellite tv which it does have but only in Spanish or German which is not the best if you are British . There is a fridge which did have some complimentary drinks which was a nice touch . There is no air con which I thought was a given these days . For a basic stay and a bed to sleep in it was fine but I won’t be coming back. The staff were very nice though

Camera spaziosa con terrazzo, colazione ottima,per la cena si può migliorare, personale gentile,nel bar mancavano alcuni prodotti che erano a menù, ottima posizione fronte mare con parcheggio sul lungomare gratuito, check in rapido.
