I had been state in the hotel for six day and five nights. I use the online booking and I know that I should pay the government tax when I left the hotel. However, I don't know the price for each night. When I left, a female staff tell me that I should pay the hotel tax and ask me I want to pay by cash or credit card. I tell her I want to pay by cash. Then she tell me the tax is 60.5 EU. I ask her why so expensive, she tell me this is the regular charge. I think that is OK because this is the first time I visit Barcelona. Then she issue me an invoice and folded the invoice to me. I am in hurry in that moment and did not look at the invoice immediate. When I arrived home I found that the tax is only 6.05 EU. I immediately phone to the hotel and tell the manage this matter. However, the manage cannot find my invoice with my name. I email the manager my invoice copy and wait for their reply. I just want everyone aware when you pay for the government tax. Please ensure the price!

It is a wonderful hotel and a great place to stay. It is conveniently located close to the beach, as well as many bars and nightclubs. However, the best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back.

Fantastiskt läge precis vid stranden. Frukosten var inte speciellt bra. Dåligt utbud och man fick leta efter rena tallrikar och glas, kanske har de problem med diskmaskinen? Saknade också information om allergener på frukostbuffén, personalen var osäker kring matens innehåll. Svårt att vara nötallergiker med andra ord.

Very hard beds, interiors a little dated. No terrace.

Hotel did not appear to be well maintained. There were major problems with the air conditioning throughout the hotel, not just in our room. There was a noticeable smell of mold and mildew throughout the property, and we had to leave the window open at night just to get some fresh air into the room.

Lits confortables, chambre propre et spacieuse. Lieu calme et bien desservie par les transports. Petit déjeuner complet et de bonne qualité

I booked a double room with a queen-size bed, but I was given a room with twin beds. I was not informed about this until I arrived in the room. When I called the reception, I was told that there was no availability, which is why they assigned me a twin room instead. I have a baby, and sometimes he sleeps with us because he feels uncomfortable sleeping alone in the baby cot. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more transparency and better service regarding room allocation. That said, the staff were respectful and helpful throughout our stay.

I came for a conference and stayed for the sightseeing. The front desk sas wonderful. I had to add an extra day and instead of making me change rooms during a hectic day, the clerk did it right then and had a pleasant conversation with me All of the staff had this attitude. And it's on the beach Would gladly go again

Hotel é muito bom, tudo limpo e confortável e o atendimento é maravilhoso.

The gym had broken equipment. The checkin processes was chaotic. The room was ok and the location was near Diagonal Mar. Unfortunately the beach was under construction. There are better options around the area

Au SS, il y a des traces de moisissures avec une odeur suspecte. Du à un changement d’horaire, je devais faire mon check out très tôt. J’ai demandé d’utiliser le montant du déjeuner déjà payé en crédit pour le souper de la veille. Fin de non recevoir. Cet hôtel à 2 bâtiments. Un très bas qui est front sur la plage. Le 2e a 7 étages et qui n’a aucune vu sur la plage. L’hôtel était côté 4 étoiles, vu l’apparence des chambres, il me semblait plus être un 2.

Bra på ett 3 hjärna hotellet men det har inte kvalitet på ett 4 hjärna hotellet. Dåligt frukost med dåliga produkter och jätte dålig middag. Rekomendera inte det hotell.

Veldig dårlig mat. Rotete med heiser.

Nice easy walk to beach. Easy access to transportation out front
