如果以精品旅館的角度來看，細緻度有點不夠，早餐有點簡單，如果能增加一些蔬菜對不吃肉製品的旅客會有多一點選擇，清潔人員很棒，她會注意打掃的時間不會打擾到客人

This hotel promised so much but was rather disappointing. The roof top terrace swimming pool was amazing with outstanding views across to rhe cathedral, but without this, the rest of the hotel is rather basic. Despite boasting bars, gardens and restaurants, the only bar that was open was on the roof terrace and this was only open between 5 and 7. The garden was closed due to some industrial drilling with the noise going all day. No bar open in the evening so no chance of a night cap. The breakfast were ok but you have every you ordered, hot and cold, served all at once which is a bit odd. The roof top terrace was the saving grace.

Beautiful property next door to the Bodegas. You can have the whole experience on a short walk. Location amazing, views, garden Breakfast delicious and fresh food.

Lovely hotel. Spacious room. We had room 10 and it was awesome. Roof bar is really nice with views over the cathedral and Alcazar. Staff are friendly. Restaurant Nolasco next door us excellent. Easy walk into town.

Wunderbares Hotel mit viel Charme, sehr freundlichem Personal und ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ideale Lage um Jerez zu Fuß zu erkunden.

This hotel was amazing! The location is right next to the beautiful cathedral in the heart of the old city so is within walking distance from many main streets and side street cafes and shops. Angela and Alicia at the front desk were especially kind and helpful. We wanted to take a tour of the bodega but several, including Tio Pepe were booked. Angela called the Fundadore Bodega and was able to book us into the 7:00 pm (1900 h) tour which was incredibly informative and enjoyable! The breakfast at this hotel is fabulous- the girls actually serve you in the garden using a menu from which you can choose whatever you like! All so delicious! Such a lovely experience! The cost is on the high end but the value is definitely worth it! We highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future! Thank you to the “team” at Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe for making our stay wonderful!!

Roof top terrace was amazing but only three sun beds available and bar had limited opening hours. The main restaurant was only open for lunch and nothing served in garden restaurant after breakfast. Such a shame as we would have spent more time at the hotel. It is a great central location.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica vicino alla cattedrale. La struttura è bella, ma non eccezionale. Con eccezione dello staff in terrazza, il resto poco gentile e attento.

The hotel was modern in a hustorical building. The roof top pool was a nice cool experience in the heat of Jerez. The location was perfect for our trip to the Tio Pepe sherry experience right next door. The bar was served from reception which was ok but would benefit from a phone ordering service rather than having to go up and down to reception.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bodega Tío Pepe. The unique setting inside the historic winery made the experience truly special, and the pool with its amazing view was unforgettable. The atmosphere was relaxed yet vibrant, with a cool crowd that added to the charm. A perfect mix of tradition, style, and comfort — we can’t wait to come back.

Bon sejour

Whilst the accommodation is in a great location and has the potential to be great, the hotel is poorly run and overpriced, so would not stay there again or recommend this to friends and family for the following reasons: cleanliness - our room, which was basic to say the least, had lots of hairs from people other than ourselves in it and crockery used in the breakfast room was chipped and cracked; the gym - complete lack of gym towels and water stocked in the fridge and one of the training machines was broken (we reported this to the staff at the beginning of our 3 night stay and it was still broken at the end and not labelled at ‘broken’ which is dangerous. There were also the same used gym towels in the baskets that were not cleared; the pool - the pool is like a pond and for the whole hotel there are only 3 sun loungers which is insufficient, which meant we had to lie on the sofas in the bar area and towels are only available from the reception area; the food - staff in the breakfast room and restaurant struggled with English and despite raising that we had an allergy to milk, served a drink with milk in it, and the food served is of average quality for a 4 star hotel.

La estancia en el Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe fue excelente desde el primer momento. La atención del personal tanto de recepción, como de limpieza, y staff de cocina y camareras durante el desayuno, fue de 10. El hotel es muy bonito, es pequeño pero cuenta con todo lo necesario y por supuesto, la joya, el rooftop con vistas a la catedral que hace que la estancia sea mucho más agradable quitándose un poco de calor; sobre todo en estas fechas de verano. El desayuno es muy completo y todo muy rico y preparado en el momento. Únicamente como sugerencia añadiría que el hotel amplíe un poco la carta de room service, para mayor comodidad si no se quiere salir del hotel. También aumentar el número de tumbonas y sillas para asolearse, para cuando haya más gente, ya que a veces es difícil conseguir una. Y por último, que el hotel tenga un convenio con el parking cercano, para hacer más fácil el proceso de reservar y que el costo sea más accesible. En general nos encantó la estancia, así que sin duda repetiremos. Además es muy cómodo para realizar las visitas a la bodega (ampliamente recomendables también) y seguir disfrutando del buen vino y de la ciudad. Gracias a todo el equipo.

We stayed for two nights at Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe in Jerez. After several nights in both Cadiz and Sevilla we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very central to both the shops and restaurants and only twenty minutes walk from the train station. The hotel was located right next to the cathedral and the Alcazar and is part of the bodega site which makes Tio Pepe sherry & wine. There was a small pool area upstairs on the top of the hotel and breakfast was served in the restaurant courtyard area. Although we didn’t use the pool it had a fabulous view of the cathedral next door and was very popular. We arrived early on the first day and so the reception held our bags for the day as we walked around Jerez and allowed us to check in to our room half an hour early. The bedroom was really nicely decorated and had a huge bed and a modern bathroom. There was also a fridge however unfortunately this did not keep the water cool. The breakfast was delicious and all made to order. There was a great selection of meals and the croissant/ pastry board was a definite highlight. One day we had scrambled eggs, tomato and avocado with toasts and a Spanish cooked breakfast and the other we had soft boiled eggs. It was really lovely to be sat in the courtyard which was all very well nicely designed. We would definitely go back to the hotel and the staff team were very polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
