如果以精品旅館的角度來看，細緻度有點不夠，早餐有點簡單，如果能增加一些蔬菜對不吃肉製品的旅客會有多一點選擇，清潔人員很棒，她會注意打掃的時間不會打擾到客人

Hotel is worn. Painting and general maintenance required throughout. Rubbish and weeds as you enter hotel from the cobbled street. Comfy bed but small room with no decent table space. Cheap iron tabling. Shabby bathroom - no where to hang towels or layout your make-up unless you wanted it soaked. Just 3 sun beds by the pool but one was badly repaired underneath. Discoloured worn pool towels. Pool needed cleaning - bottom corners dirty. Unloved terrace. Good breakfast in the garden. Alicia, Roberto & Breakfast team were so helpful and very charming. We never saw any management and yet this very busy hotel was still running after our 3 day stay.

Great location and a beautiful property with lots of potential. Overall we had a good stay, but a few things let it down. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and some of the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Breakfast on our first morning felt rushed and disorganised, and the breakfast staff came across quite rude. The rooftop, garden and pool areas are lovely, but often felt empty and a little neglected. Overall, a decent stay, but only 3 stars because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be really fantastic.

Unbeatable location with a nice rooftop pool. Breakfast in the garden was another highlight. The rooms were clean, modern, and well appointed. The staff were very kind.

This is a lovely hotel in Jerez,in a marvelous location, adjacent to the cathedral and the palace.Very quiet,hardly any traffic and 5 mins walk to the main square/old town.Our room,superior,was a good sz with an outside space and views.Only criticism was the V small cheap fridge,and no mini bar,so no good for keeping some water cool. The breakfast they called Continental,was waitress service/no buffet.The menu was limited as we were there 4 nights.So we had mussili,yogurt and fruit each morning,no other cereals.The fruit could have been changed each day,to make a change.I was expecting some lovely melon or peaches ext.There were egg dishes, cheese and the cured Spanish ham( not our taste).The waitresses were excellent,but every thing was served to the table in different dishes so they were very busy,and for two days the room was full.You can sit outside for breakfast too,but it was a bit cool at 8.30am. The roof top terrace is very nice, just with more of a plunge pool,the bar up there was closed,but they came up and served drinks if needed. I think this hotel is quite newly renovated,from part of the Tio Pepe winery.It is a lovely peaceful, sophisticated haven,and would recommend it.I loved it. The staff are all very professional and helpful. Probably would not go back to Jerez as it is a smallish city,although you need to visit the Spanish Horse School,that was amazing and unforgettable.

Wonderful hotel. Very attentive service, lovely rooftop pool and sun deck. My only minor criticism is that there are not enough sun loungers by the pool - just 3 loungers and 2 deck chairs

Incredible hotel, amazing location and brilliant staff.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Leider muß ich einen Stern abziehen, da trotz Nachfrage, ob eine Parkplatzreservierung erforderlich ist - dieses wurde verneint - diese offensichtlich doch erforderlich war?! Im benachbarten Parkhaus mußte somit eine Gebühr von 52,- anstatt 16,60 Euro entrichtet werden. Also unbedingt darauf achten!!!

We loved everything about Hotel Tío Pepe. The service was extremely attentive and the breakfast was amazing. I hope to return and would definitely stay here again.

Sobrevalorado. Muy caro para los servicios que tiene. La visita a la bodega no merece la pena. Muuuy floja. Y cara, a pesar de estar hospedados, hacen una rebaja del 10%, y la cata de vinos muy mala. Además no tiene parking en las instalaciones como indican en la web.

Perfekt läge. Läckert rum. Fantastisk takbar och poolområde på taket med oslagbar utsikt. God frukost men då man beställer allt vid bordet tar det lite tid. Nära till parkeringshus.
