Great location. Breakfast is of very high quality. My room has a private patio which is lovely.

Staff are very nice, the room is very confortable, and had great view. It is in great location, easily to reach anywhere. And areobus stop is nearby. Super convenient! I will definity choose this hotel next time I visit Granada! :)

Fantastic location. Fair price. Parking is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and €30 per day which is payable at the Hotel. (CAR PARK IS CALLED SAN AUGUSTIN).

Excellent location and modern quiet hotel. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Lack of bedside table disappointing but understandable owing to compact nature of room. Otherwise small but perfectly formed. Room was cleaned immediately prior to arrival with strong smelling fluid or spray which was overwhelming. Declined room cleaning thereafter as a result.

I really enjoyed the location of and facilities in this hotel. It was walking distance from all areas of interest. The bed was very comfortable, and the Bidet was a lovely surprise. I had breakfast in the hotel one morning, and it was lovely. In addition it isa short walk from Los Diamontes (a restaurant), and it was great to eat there on days where I wanted to get going quickly. I sometimes would start my day there with bottled water and complimentary tapas as a result. It is also very close to Los Manueles (restaurant) which had very good food. The rooftop was a lovely private place to go very early in the morning to see the Alhambra by moonlight. I would recommend highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plays to stay in Granada!

The hotel was conveniently positioned near shops, restaurants, transport and tourist attractions. I would like to point out Conchita, the hotel manager. She was excellent and resolved an issue I had when I first arrived.

The property is located close to tourist attractions. But sadly I found the staff unfriendly and not willing to accommodate requests and numerous mistakes were made.

Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und würde es jederzeit für weitere Aufenthalte auswählen. Sehr sauber. Super Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schöne Bereiche zum Sitzen, unter anderem mit einem Bibliothekbereich. Schöne Dachterasse mit Bar.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Our stay was brilliant from start to finish. Our room was clean, beds comfortable and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend the hotel and we will definately stay here again!

We recently stayed at Puerta de las Granadas after much research and it did not disappoint! The location is absolutely ideal. Situated only about a short walk from one of the gates to the Alhambra, it’s also just steps away from Plaza Nueva—what we felt was the heart of everything. The area is filled with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and the hop-on-hop-off bus. It’s also not far from the Albaicín and Sacromonte neighbourhoods, so you're perfectly positioned to explore the best of the city. The hotel is incredibly clean, and while the rooms aren't massive, they are very comfortable with a great shower. Our room featured a Juliet balcony and lovely views of Cuesta de Gomérez, the pedestrian route to the Alhambra. The room had great soundproofing, so street noise was never a problem, the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel has an on-site restaurant which we tried on our last night. While the menu isn’t extensive, the food was good and the service and staff very pleasant. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar on a couple of occasions—this is an absolute must. The views of the Alhambra and surrounding area are spectacular. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Das Hotel hat viel Charme. Wunderschön gelegen in der Altdtadt. Das Restaurant im 4. Stock ist sehr empfehlenswert. Leider gibt es aber auch viel und labge Lärm vom Restaurant. Besser nkein Zimmer im 3. Stock nehmen
