Das zimmer war wie gebucht, allerdings hat die Toilette gestunken. Zimmerservice täglich und ordentlich.
Das Personal spricht nur spanisch, man gibt sich nicht mal mühe, in English zu kommunizieren, wenn man merkt, der Gast spricht kein spanisch.
Das Essen geschmacklos und ungewürzt. Auch hier alles in spanisch beschriftet. Schwierig für Gäste, die auf Allergien schten müssen.
Ansonsten gefühlt ein Senioren Hotel, als Familie mit kleineren Kindern kam man sich ehr unerwünscht vor - ehr von den anderen Gästen, nucht von den Mitarbeitern.
