Séjour agréable, l’hôtel est propre le personnel agréable. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner à l’hôtel qui était très bien.

L'hotel est vraiment trés très calme, j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce calme !! la chambre etait nickel. et l'hotel est trés bien situé pour ce que nous avions à faire. Mais le calme reste l'élément le plus important pour moi.

Had a drink in the bar which was very nice. Restaurant closed due to holiday season but this was not a problem for us. Small dishes available in the bar.

Bel hôtel, bien placé entre Villaviciosa de Odon et la zone commerciale de Alcorcon.
Chambre jolie et bon matelas.
Points négatifs :
- Pas de cafetière ou bouilloire dans les chambres ( souvent présent dans les 4 étoiles)
- Le concept de la douche au milieu de la chambre donne un style moderne mais n'est pas pratique du tout quand on est 2 , mon mari qui se lève plus tôt et prend du coup sa douche plus tôt me réveillait tous les matins car il n'y a pas de porte à la salle de bain et la douche est à cote du lit. Idem pour moi qui dérangeait mon mari pour dormir vu que je prenais la douche tard
De plus la douche qui se veut moderne avec un sol en alu fait un bruit peu agréable quand l'eau tombe dessus, on dirait la pluie qui tombe sur de la tôle. La douche n'est pas du tout un moment de détente après une longue marche à Madrid.
Dernier point négatif :il y a du choix au petit déjeuner (14 euros) mais pas varié on a eu la même chose pendant 4 jours.

Muy mal. Vino una excursión de niños y el pasillo fue una batalla campal, tuvimos que llamar dos veces a recepción para que les llamaran la atención. Deberían tener más cuidado de donde ubican a los clientes que vamos a descansar y por motivos laborales de los niños que van en plan excursión fin de curso
