倫敦與英格蘭飯店

This historical hotel is very beautiful and very conveniently located close to all shops, restaurants, attractions and beach. Nice rooms, very friendly staff, excellent concierge service. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

ビーチ目の前で立地がとにかく最高。 旧市街地のバル巡りも便利（疲れたらホテルに帰って休んでまた街を散策、ができて快適でした）、部屋も洗練されたセンス溢れる内装で、優雅で素敵な時間を過ごさせてもらいました。たまたま花火大会の時期だったので、部屋から迫力大の花火をのんびり眺められてよかった。 もちろんスタッフさんも皆親切でとても居心地がよかった。またサンセバスチャンに泊まる時にはこちらにします！

Clients depuis + de 20 ans, quelle déception lorsque nous sommes arrivés au bar et salon de l’hôtel. Nous y revenions chaque année pour sa localisation mais surtout pour le charme de cet hôtel historique ! Des travaux ont été réalisés en rdc au niveau de la décoration et agencement, nous étions nombreux à nous dire que l’hôtel ressemble maintenant à tous les hôtels « classiques «  La carte du bar est catastrophique pour un hôtel 4 étoiles Le service n’est plus le même, les tables collantes et oui plus de nappes ! Pour 400 euros la nuit, avec regrets nous sommes déjà entrain de voir ailleurs..

Best location in San Sebastián. Best viewing balconies for the fireworks during semana grande. Bed was very firm. Water pressure in shower was good. Great beach watching and walking distance from everything.

Hotel is situated in an excellent position. Hotel needs to upgrade / refurbish the rooms & lobby area. Only the bathrooms look like they have been fixed up. Furniture old, beds very uncomfortable, found mattress awful. Over priced, paying for the position.

Cannot beat the location. Staff were terrific especially the concierge who was extremely helpful!

素晴らしい場所

Perfect location, lovely public areas. First room we were given was a 1st floor accessible room (and neither of us need such a room); the AC seemed to not work well here either. When we asked for a new room the lady on front desk seemed quite dismissive and said our room wasn’t accessible (room 120, it certainly is…), but did let us see a room on the 6th floor. Much nicer room, working AC, and the room finishing looked better / more recently painted too. Plus there was construction outside which we could hear from the 6th, suspect much louder on the 1st… overall much better and a nice stay just unsure why we were even given this inferior room at first at all.

Love the hotel!! Hope to go soon again

The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. A definite solid when coming to visit. Some extra touch’s needed during the stay. But the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The stay was FAR below what you would expect when you this much for a hotel. Beds were extremely uncomfortable (more like elevated matresses) and there was an insane noise from the construction right next to our room. When there is crazy construction like this going on it should be highlighted for the guests and discount should be given. We were woken up everyday at 7 and it continued all day long. Completely crazy when you pay almost 400 euros per night.

Not a negative thing to say. Location, perfect. Staff, excellent. Room, modern, classical, clean!!! Wonderful stay.

海、ビーチが目の前、旧市街にも徒歩数分の立地。バスタブ、冷蔵庫、エアコンも当然あって申し分ありませんでした。近くにはカフェ、ショッピングモール（市場）、レストランも豊富。交通の便も良く便利。ホテルスタッフもフレンドリー。ビーチに行く時にはタオルも無料で貸してくれます。
