Good location, not much facilities in the room

I think the hotel is clean and the room is spacious with quite high a ceiling. The lights inside the room are also warm and bright enough for reading (you know for some hotels, the lights can be quite dim even when they are all switched on rendering reading difficult in the evening）. The location of the hotel is also quite good and it does not take long to walk to the city centre and some scenic spots such as Plaza De Espana. It is also near the metro station. However, there are three points which I think there can be improvement. 1. The water volume of the shower needs to be increased for a relaxing and satisfactory bath; 2. The flowing speed of the drain of the bath tub is not fast enough resulting in water being retained while one is showering; and 3. The wifi was at times unstable but I had no idea if it was because the hotel was fully occupied then with so many users surfing the net or accessing the network at the same time. Notwithstanding the above minor issues, I think the decor and the condition of the hotel are good.

交通地鐵方便，購物中心集中及飲食方便。

不怕嘈, 如果可以在房間內配備"熱水壺", 那就更perfect.

Very nice and clean place with a little kitchen. Very convent. Close to city center, restaurants and shopping. Excellent place.

Proximity to central Madrid

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my Tissot gold-colored watch in room 54 on a shelf when I was hurrying to check out. I realized the mistake the next day and returned to the hotel immediately to ask about it. However, the staff told me that nothing had been found. This was upsetting, as I am certain where I left the watch. I expected more responsibility and transparency from the hotel regarding lost items. Guests should be aware and take extra care of their belongings, as my experience with the lost-and-found process here was very disappointing.

Magnifique hôtel avec un excellent emplacement tout proche du centre ville à pied et à quelques secondes à la bouche de métro plaza Espagne. Juste un inconvénient les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées.

O quarto é muito, grande confortável, banheiro bom, boa localização, perto de tudo, equipe muito atenciosa

Quarto grande, cama confortável, banheiro grande, boa localização, ao lado do metrô, bom custo x benefício.

Rooms are very comfortable

Si bien es muy céntrico la zona de noche, tiene mucho movimiento, sin embargo hay buenas opciones para comer muy cercanas.

Very happy with the stay

Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small but very clean and nice with extra storage and a safe locker.

Older property but clean. Only complaint is that sole window had no blackout/privacy curtains.
