Fabuloso. Me ha parecido un hotel de 3 estrellas muy bien. Relación calidad precio me da hasta vergüenza lo que hemos pagado. A tener en cuenta que yo no lo sabía que si no quieres dejarte los pulmones en subir si como yo eres fumadora, hay un telesilla al lado del hotel! Maravilla

El personal desbordado , la habitación sucia , y sin toallas para los tres, las camas blandas y las almohadas un ladrillo , la habitación sin espacio para moverse , muy caro para el servicio prestado y las pocas comodidades, se paga únicamente que estás en sierra nevada , por lo demás nada bueno

Os serviços oferecidos compensam o aspecto antigo e a conservação razoável das instalações. Bom custo-benefício. Recomendo o jantar estilo buffet e o bar. Imprescindível reservar estacionamento com antecedência.

Las instalaciones estan anticuadas, los armarios rotos, las duchas en mal estado, los lavabos pierden agua, cerradura de la puerta suelta... Los colchones estan pasados del uso, no son nada cómodos. Respecto a la limpieza, no es que esten sucias las habitaciones pero como todo esta tan viejo nada se ve limpio y faltaria una mano se pintura en todo el hotel. El trato del personal sobre todo del comedor ha sido excelente, destacando a Ivan, muy atento con todos los comensales.

Es hotel está muy muy viejo… camas muy incómodas, almohadas finísimas y mantas del siglo pasado… Además, yo contraté una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una con dos camas… lo mejor, el desayuno… los sábados hay una divertida fiesta y el hotel se pone hasta arriba de gente, no clientes…

I found the staff had a very odd attitude to being helpful. The area in front of the hotel was sheet ice - very dangerous. No one available at desk for check out. Bed very uncomfortable.

Personalen och servicen var utmärkt. Vi kunde hyra utrustning, köpa liftkort direkt i anslutning till entrén. Ställa in utrustningen i förvaringsskåp och parkera inomhus var bra. Rummen var väldigt lyhörda och mycket spring i korridoren. Lite slitet och behöver rustats upp inom snar framtid.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. The hotel is cery close to the chair lift down into the centre of Pradollano and lift passes can be bought from the machine in the hotel reception. The decor is a little tired and dated but overall comfortable for a family trip. We are definitely considering a return trip

Staff were all great and friendly from the start right until the end of the stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are both great with amazing an selection, I was surprised to see that the menu would change too! I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be.

Hotel a solo 240 metros del Telesilla de acceso a Pradollano. Antiguo pero bien cuidado. Excelentes vistas de las pistas de esquí desde mi habitación. Personal de recepción muy amables. Buen buffet libre incluido en el precio, aunque los zumos de maquina son malos, mientras que el café estaba muy bien. Tiene vestuario y taquilla ya que se accede a pista desde el propio hotel. Una pena que haya ido en temporada baja y no pudiera probarlo. Me hubiera encantado.
