Very good location. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and sites. Parking garage under hotel was easy to manage. However was difficult to find side street from main street. The hotel staff was very friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable, very lumpy pillow. Thin walls, was able to hear neighbors on both sides of the wall. An electrical outlet in the bathroom was dangling out of the wall. But in general very nice and fancy looking hotel. Breakfast wasn’t worth the cost but convenient.

Older property in a great condition, our rooms were big very comfortable, the breakfast was really good the location is superb. For the price I can’t find anything to complain about it’s just well priced and worth it. Zaragoza is very beautiful. Glad we decided to stay 2 nights here as there are plenty to see just at walking distance. Definitely stay here!!

Reception area was modern and airy. However our room needed updating patricularly the bayhroom.
I was kept awake during the night but noise from tpilets flushing and people in the corriders. Early morning 7ish was woken by loud noise from the adjoining building site

the location is amazing, we enjoyed walking to both basilicas near by, we got a glass of wine in plaza España, and there was a park an easy walk away for our dog, the hotel is pet friendly which is the perfect perk!
The hotel has loads of potential, but you can tell how old it is, the rooms are big and the rooms are old, the hall is beautiful, the elevators are very old in a fun historic way but over all the hotel needs a face lift, ideally while maintaining history, it could still use an update

El hotel en general necesita una reforma integral. Es una lastima que un hotel centrico de 4 estrellas esté en ese estado tan viejo y aspecto de sucio.

During my visit the hotel seemed lightly occupied. There is major construction happening adjacent to the back half of the hotel. Construction hours were 7am to 10pm throw days I visited. I wasn't bothered my the construction noise too much. It was a surprise to me that they didn't relocate us to the other side of the hotel since the hotel was not anywhere near even half occupancy. Again the noise did not bother me but many of the views the past couple weeks have been terrible because of the construction noise. I think the hotel would have done themselves a favor by simply moving people to the other side of the hotel away from the construction noise if rooms were available.

muy mal atencion ,me querian cobrar mas 90 euros que este hotel cobra x persona ,tengan cuidado x este tipo de fraudes yo pago siempre todo antes de mis viajes y si me dejo muy mal sabor de boca y no me regresaron mi dinero

The hotel is very well located, close to everything you want to experience. 👍
The breakfast was… well, just a breakfast – nothing surprising!
Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit neglected, with worn-out furnishings and extremely hard beds.
A suggestion for improvement: don’t place business travelers and vacationers next door to each other – we have different daily rhythms and needs. Try to place these different groups on separate floors or at least well apart.

El hotel necesita una reforma urgente. Moquetas, baños antiguos, ascensores antiguos, mobiliario antiguo, poca luz... Solo se salva el personal, las recepcionistas son muy amables, y la ubicación, muy buena.
Además el hotel acepta animales, cosa que desconocía, y en la habitación de al lado tuve un perro ladrando sin parar hasta las 23.30h de la noche que aparecieron sus dueños.
El hotel está para 2* como mucho.
