Hotel Ingles was perfect for our needs. Well located, kind and knowledgeable staff and very basic room at a good price.
When shopping for a hotel on Expedia I entered filters, breakfast included, shuttle and Gothic Quarter. This hotel appeared in the list therefore I assumed that it met all of the filters. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast nor is there a shuttle at this hotel. We were more than a little disapointed. The hotel should not have popped up as an option given the filters. We may or may not book through Expedia again but a warning to all, make sure to check out all hotels, activities thoroughly before booking.

Great location easy access to all the bars restaurants and just a short walk to the marina where there is some lovely restaurants with great views

優點是飯店附近很方便，離地鐵近，各種商店都有，有幾個著名景點走路就能到，房間乾淨設備也算齊全，晚上安靜能好好休息；缺點是有可能會遇到停電，雖然過一陣子就會復電(我遇到的是一個半小時後)，但對外地人來說還是有點驚嚇。

First impression of the room …. Prison cell… . You get use to it when you open window, but the color scheme is so depressing. Very small bathroom but good hot water pressure what is definitely a plus.

From checking in the receptionist wanted our passports and took all the details even for our children. Also wanted our home address in Canada but wouldn’t explain why.
Very poor facilities in the room, the air conditioning kept us awake all night and the furniture is old and tired. My husband cracked his head open turning in the bed at night on the wooded side table that couldn’t be moved and ended up bleeding all over the pillow case. When we checked out to explain the issue the only response we received was two Euros to use the safe over night. Terrible experience and would never recommend this facility.

It was a nice hotel. The day and night front desk employees were extremely nice and friendly. The room wasn’t anything fancy, but fit our needs. It was in a great location and safe.

Bathroom cleanliness was not great as the shower had mildew and the door was rotted from water damage but it wasn’t too much to the point of being an issue. Great AC unit and comfortable bed.

It did the trick. The location was amazing! Lots of shops and things to see. The room was very expensive for what it was. One night at almost $300 euros you would expect more.

When I arrived they couldn’t find my booking. I had to prove my booking by showing email. Room was ok but shower had no hot or even warm water. Bed moved across the floor every time I moved. Any time I left the room my key had to be reset. Man on reception on first 2 days was extremely rude and blamed me. When I explained the key was just in my pocket he waved a hand and said go away. No food or liquids available. Very noisy. Only good thing was location.
