Stayed many times here as we love it and never had any issues and always been perfect, but certain things seem to have changed but unfortunately not for the better! Checking in was a nightmare and the girl must have been new but made something that’s always been easy difficult until Jorge can and sorted it out.
Didn’t see many of the usual amazing staff that’s there and certain food items have been changed for a cheaper version, looks like they are trying to cut costs in many areas but charging more for your stay.
€30 for the lunch buffet drinks not included pp is expensive! Especially now the quality isn’t the same

A good hotel directly on the beach with high service staff. I really liked that they took away towels on reserved sunbeds that was not used. A little bit sad that the hotel did not have sunbeds on the beach too.

The hotel has potential to get to at least a 4 star as it is in a nice location overlooking the sea. However the staff need further training in hospitality. The breakfast was okay but could have a better variety. The dinner was like canteen service with abything fried using lots of oil. Even the chips were not cooked. We went to other restaurants after 2 nights of poor quality food. Our room smelt of smoke, we had to move. The spa area is extra. The pool area is dirty and full of smoker's.

Hotellet har direkte udgang til dejlig strand.
Kunne godt trænge til en opdatering og lidt maling hist og her.
Det er svært at få noget sund mad.
Det var ikke hver dag der var liggestole nok til alle hvis man kom efter kl 11

Très bel hôtel, avec des agents à l'écoute et souriants. Bon emplacement de l'hôtel (plage en face de l'hôtel accessible à pied, restaurants et supermarché à 5/10min à pied).
Hôtel complet qui propose diverses activités.
Ce qui a été embêtant lors du séjour ce sont les places de parking à l'extérieur de l'hôtel gratuites, certaines places sont très petites, les gens se garent n'importe comment ce qui empêche aux autres de se garer..
Sinon j'ai passé un très bon séjour, je reviendrai !

Hotellet var fint og med store rom med utsikt mot sjøen. Rent og pent på hotellet, samt grundig renhold på rommene hver dag. Flott bassengområdet med nok solsenger. Frokostbuffet med variert og godt innhold.
Et lite minus var innsjekkingen (litt sent), da de ikke fant den ene bookingen vår (vi hadde bestilt 2 rom). Men det løste seg med at vi fikk et rom første natt, før vi ble flyttet til rett rom dagen etter.
