Very convenient location to enjoy Cordoba. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel close to the major sightseeings, shopping and good restaurants.. room was large and clean, the only problem was that we could hear a very load walking from the floor above and very load water runs every time the room above was using washroom.. it was not a pleasant sound.. breakfast was good but not great.. coffee is way to bitter..

Attente très longue a l'arrivée. Parking sous terrain de l'hôtel mal indiqué et pas d'éclairage. Bar fantôme Qualite très basse pour un petit déjeuner dans un 4 étoiles,... fruits pas murs, pas de yaourts, jus de fruit industriels, manque de pain,...

Nice on first impressions but after a few hours you see it’s not so great. The rooms are tired and not well maintained. The room lacks basic facilities like a kettle, tissues, a waist bin in the room. I would say housekeeping do the best they can. The night reception manager was always friendly when we came back for the night. The receptionist on the last day had an attitude problem, I asked her to call a taxi and she just said she can’t and we need to walk with all our luggage down the road and shrugged her shoulders! I guest offered to help us.

Ein perfekter Platz für Cordoba - alles zu Fuß erreichbar - Pool im Garten - Garage für das Auto - der Check in ist eine lange Tortur - wir kamen nach halber Stunde check in um 15 Uhr zum Zimmer - die Reinigungsfrarauen schickten uns zurück zur Rezeption, weil das Zimmer nicht fertig war - ein erneutes Anstehen an der Rezeption kam nicht in Frage, wir warteten .it dem Gepäck am Pool

Jo neljäs kerta tässä hotellissa eikä koskaan ole tuottanut pettymystä. Loistava sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa, erinomainen palvelu. Huoneet sopivan kokoisia. Kaunis maurilaisajoista muistuttava uima-allas.

Tranquilo y cómodo

Nos habríamos quedado más tiempo, nos ha encantado. El personal muy amable, la limpieza perfecta, la habitación es poco luminosa pero el baño es precioso. Sus instalaciones tienen una decoración fantástica, por no hablar de la piscina que es increíble. La única pega que pondría es que la piscina cierra muy pronto.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel très grand et confortable. Nous avons été conquis par la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain (très spacieux), l'accès à la piscine (un gros plus) - tout en sachant que l'accueil prête des serviettes de bain - ainsi que par la bonne insonorisation et la qualité de la literie et des draps. Le personnel a été très professionnel et nous a immédiatement donné une carte de la ville en nous indiquant les principaux points d'attrait touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas excellent mais correct : on est à une distance de marche raisonnable de la Mezquita (env. 20 min) mais il n'y a pas grand chose dans l'environnement direct. Dommage que l'accès piéton à l'hôtel se fasse par l'accès voiture, ca gache un peu le charme !
