Hotel MiM Sitges

Marketed as 4 star boutique hotel but sadly let down by condition of bedroom. Chipped furniture and peeling wallpaper did not reflect the rest of hotel. When issues including photos sent to hotel no offer of compensation just thanks for raising issue. Would not stay with this hotel group again based on this experience

Great location, lovely staff and fantastic breakfast. However, it needs to get with the 21st century. Tv has limited channels and no option of screen mirroring or access to media apps such as Netflix etc. Bedroom also had no full length mirror which was a shame. Also nowhere to hang wet towels. The rooftop pool is also very small with limited sunbathing options

We had high hopes for this hotel having heard from other people but overall found it a little disappointing. Initial impressions are really good - the lobby is bright and impressive, and the room looked good. But after a day or so the cracks started to appear. The hotel was obviously really plush when it opened but it seems that there are areas that haven’t been updated. Wallpaper in the rooms is peeling, the corridors are scuffed, one of the sinks in our room was cracked and the tap leaked, the shower door did not close properly and soaked the bathroom every time it was used (we were in 404). Toiletries are decent but no tissues in the bathroom. The WiFi is absolutely hopeless, it drops out every 30 seconds or so. The view from our window was also pretty grim - it looked like there may have been a planted area outside but now it’s just gravelly dirt. The rooftop pool is tiny and you can’t really sunbathe up there - it’s more for drinks and eating and is definitely good for that. We didn’t use the gym, spa or restaurant. Staff were friendly enough. Location though is great with easy walking to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants. I’m not sure we’d stay again - would need to know that some of the other rooms are a bit better appointed.

We’d been here some years back and then we were very happy about out. Sadly this was not the case this time! Best thing about the hotel is: nice location, great gym and rooftop and pleasant people working in the breakfast area. BUT about the rest: The hotel is very dated and tired and you can see that there is a lack of general maintenance. In addition - it is NOT CLEAN - both in our room (superior) and in the common areas. When we went and told them about the lack of cleaning, they took a note of it but we never got any feedback at all - and we did not experience any improvement. The were paint crakcing from the ceiling in the bathroom, the glassdoor to the bathroom was cracked, and the AC - when turned on to actually cool the room down - started dripping (we got told this was not news to them - but then someone should fix it insted of doing nothing). Even when checking out nobody asked us about our stay or followed up on our comments about the cleaning. When we booked and upgraded our room we did so to stay at a 4 star hotel with the quality one should expect to get - but this was not a 4 star experience. We will not stay here again and in the city of Sitges there are lots of hotels where you get a lot more value for money.

Fantastic

Junior suite has an open design so the bathroom is always in full view of the rest of the room, noise and lights in the middle of the night. And a silly unusable bathtub just waiting for someone to break a few bones as no bars to get out. Rug in room needs changing as it’s many years old. No grab bars I shower.

Fifth stay here - will be back

The rooms look nice and quiet. Not big fan of those Spain double beds but it’s everywhere. And the rooftop pool is very small

Great stay, close to the beach, friendly staff, modern rooms.

The property is a little older and some of the infrastructure is showing its age. For example, the 2 small elevators were working intermittently, which was very inconvenient. However, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Good front desk staff. Sky bar staff clueless and not attentive to guests at all..had to get our own drinks from bar. Room comfortable and great shower

Great location near beach, shops and restaurants. Spa was great! Rooftop bar is nice as well. Service could be better. Buffet was very mediocre (cold eggs, slow). Tough to get service on the rooftop bar, and housekeeping was a bit underwhelming. One day with virtually no toilet paper, out of soap, no towels one day. Overall - nice hotel in a great location that could benefit from a bit of an improvement in service.

I stayed at the MiM 6 years ago and was happy to book again for this next trip (Aug 2025) but sadly, the condition of the hotel has significantly deteriorated in that time. The deck boards outside are loose and need restraining, peeling wallpaper, cracked basin, dripping air con and stained carpets on floor 3 took the edge of what is a hotel in a great location. Staff are really pleasant and attentive (although our last night meal took an age) and it’s not especially expensive for drinks etc. Will I go back? Maybe, but will probably look for something nicer next time that would get my five stars unless the MiM has had a revamp.

A great hotel right next to the beach and within 5 minutes walk of the central areas of Sitges. The roof terrace has a great restaurant which makes amazing food including superb steaks!

Nice hotel, room was a little dated and a few areas needing minor attention, cracked glass and mirrors. Rooftop area is very nice as were most of the staff there. Gym area was disappointing with a number of machines not working, only one running machine that was broken. Needs some attention! Reception staff excellent, kind and helpful

La literie est top ! Et les produits de douche de qualité. Par contre je ne suis pas fan des sdb avec parois en verre pas terrible pour l’intimité et les vasques sans etageres pas top non plus.

Quite dirty. Literally the worst staff experience I’ve ever had traveling. I booked last minute and can see why they had availability.

Lovely roof top with bar, restaurant and bar. Reception area was equally as lovely, however our bedroom did not replicate and was in poor condition.
