Pool, breakfast, room, staff wonderful.
Unfortunately the stairs next to the hotel is well used and at night people walking by, was loud like they where in the room.

Honestly, didn’t love our stay at this hotel. First, we lose power in our room and that has to get restarted. Then, the fire alarm goes off at three in the morning and 30 minutes later we hear pounding on the doors. The pounding then comes to our door and the door gets opened at 3:30 AM by the front desk without any verbal communication. We were terrified we literally thought we were getting robbed. There was no apology. Then we found a cockroach in our room.

Lovely hotel very clean
Location ok
Pool lovely but maybe not suitable for kids
Reception staff on day of check out were not very nice .. having paid tourist tax on arrival I was asked to pay it again when I informed them I had paid on arrival they would not believe me asked for proof luckily I had printed receipt ( tip for future ask for print out)when I produced it they didn't even apologize , really not impressed

Hotel hat gute Lage, Frühstück ist prima. Leider war der Fussboden sehr schmutzig und der Pool auf dem Dach der Rede nicht wert.
Für dieses Geld gibt es bessere Unterbringungen

We booked for 3 adults: we got two single beds and a sofa bed, not suitable for an adult.
Extremely noisy: other guests at same floor running around, shouting, knocking doors at 3 am. Despite calling reception, took some time for them to quiet down.
Breakfast buffet not quality products: fruit not fully ripped, eggs tasteless, orange juice not good.
Not to be recommended to friends and family.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Hafen mit toller Dachterrasse und Infinity Pool. Besonders waren wir vom Frühstück begeistert (ebenfalls auf einer Terrasse im 5. Stock mit super Blick), große Auswahl, wirklich für jeden etwas dabei.

Our hotel room is located next to busy night life area and walkway to and from a parking garage. It was loud almost all night long and we were not able to get much sleep or get a different room. The ceiling is also thin so we can hear everything from above. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again in the future.
