Hotel Miramar Valencia

I had very bad experiences stay at this hotel, the person next to my room spoke very loudly and I wake up at 0;10am and sleep again at 4;00am. There is no restaurant for breakfast. I don't think I will stay here again.

Great location! Friendly staff. Internet a little spotty in room. In the main foyer it was fine.

Todo excelente, incluso el restaurante de abajo (Sabbia) muy recomendable! Solo en el pasillo del 2do piso se percibe un olor raro y desagradable. Pero de ahí en fuera lo demás muy bien el personal muy amable, y la habitación muy cómoda.

This hotel, although centrally located for the beach and bars, is very small (we had a superior room and you couldn’t swing a cat)! Theres a constant smell of strong air freshener and the building sounds hollow - you hear every single voice, step and taps running! Some of the staff were quite rude, almost refusing us beach towels because it rained earlier in the day! We thought this hotel was far too expensive for what we got and certainly would not return.

The room had a horrible smell that couldn’t be aired out. The carpet hurt to walk on, overall felt run down. When we left, the front desk worker was a bit huffy with us because we left our keys in the room (in the US, we are used to that practice so could be on us). The surrounding area to the hotel is not crazy clean either, the strip overall is crazy noisy! Fireworks and loud music until 3 am at least. If you need to stay in the area, the beds are clean and get you through the night. Everything else, I wouldn’t stay.

Bed bugs! Got attacked by bed bugs in the hotel room. After a couple of days, more and more bites starting to show, on arms, back, legs. Over 40 in total. They itch hard and last for a long time. Be aware that bed bugs bites start to show typically a day or two after the actual bite, so there is a risk that you unknowingly take this with you home. Had to seek medical assistance when returning home. This completely destroyed our vacation. The hotel have completely ignored this and only offered only some very symbolic gesture upon our complaint. On our part we had to sanetize our entire luggage and get meds to treat the bites. The hotel would have been nice if it was clean and without such severe health hazards. Nice location, straight on the beach. Even better than expected. The comment from other reviewers about loud music from the night club nearby is also entirely true. The music is surprisingly loud, and goes on all night. Some people can tolerate this, but if you get bothered by noise, you should pick a hotel further away from these kinds of night clubs. The breakfeast is served in the restaurant on ground floor from a meny - not from a buffet. In my opinion, the breakfast was very good. Even though I can say some positive things, I wish I never had brought my partner here. I travel a lot, and have never experienced bed bugs before, but now I know how serious this is.

Great location and beautiful boardwalk. The food selection from all the restaurants in the row was fantastic. The rooms were nice and the personnel took care of everything.

Hotel is Direct access to beach. Conveniently to restaurants but quite a distance to get to downtown by local bus. Overall it’s a nice place to stay at the beach.

Everything was good except for beds, not very comfortable made our backs hurt. The carpet needs to go, it’s like spikes on your bare feet. AC was the best in all the hotel we have stayed in Spain. All the Spain hotels need smarter TVs.

Quite a basic hotel but comfortable and right by the beach. Great location. I arrived well before check in time and staff were helpful in getting me to my room early.

This was by far the friendliest staff of our entire trip. The ratings for this hotel are not fair. I really enjoyed our stay here! It is so close to the beach, connected to a restaurant, and I am pleased for what we paid.

Lovely beachfront property in a lively area full of bars and clubs and one shop, Ale-Hop. Supermarket ten minutes walk away. Bring silicone ear plugs and mask for sleeping. Really good atmosphere. Roof terrace closed in past year. Excellent staff. Normal room and not really executive. Lovely Sandy beach. Easy access to Valencia.

Great location by the beach surrounded by 40 plus dining options. Amazing breakfast included!
