赫羅納傳奇博物館飯店

This beautiful old hotel in the old town area of Girona has updated its rooms to the point of being ridiculous. There is a master control center when you first enter room that is difficult to learn how to use but it controls everything--lights, heating and cooling and even opening and closing the curtains🙄. We could never figure out how to turn on just one light, it was always none or all, which means getting up in middle of night to use bathroom? You have to do it in the dark or wake up the person with you by turning on all the lights at once...from the master control on the other side of a dark room. It's just dumb. I wouldn't stay at this place again. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the place is in a great location but parking is a nightmare and using your room is too difficult.

A clean and tidy room in a quiet hotel just a few minutes' walk away from the very centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I'd recommend it very much.

Excellent room and facilities/provisions. Didn’t take the hotel breakfast. Reception staff were top class, very professional with everything.

We booked this room last minute for a 1 night stay, It was clean and comfortable. The decor was quirky and unexpected.

Hyggelig personale. Litt tilfeldig rengjøring og påfylling av utstyr på badet. Frokosten var dyr og temmelig enkel. Praktisk med garasje, men den krever en person som kan guide deg ned hvis du har bil som ikke er bitteliten.

This property is perfectly located in the heart of Girona historic place

Put in room where bathroom door didn’t shut and some lights broken. Bed upstairs was no good for 3rd traveler as it was some chair made into a bed. Front desk ladies need better customer service. Location was great.

A great location to enjoy a few days & nights around the old city to enjoy the ancient walls, Jewish area, Cathedral, bars, cafes and more!

Great hotel - amazing location right in the middle of the old part of the town

Las instalaciones necesitan un mantenimiento. La puerta del lavabo no cerraba, la ventana del techo estaba estropeada y las luces de color, que eran uno de los reclamos de la habitación no estaban, las habían quitado. Cuando fuimos a decirlo la única solución que nos dieron fué avisar al técnico para que viniera a arreglar la puerta, pero lo unico que hizo fué ponerle un poco de aceite, con lo que entre una cosa y otra toda la tarde de habitación perdida y no se arregló nada. La chica de recepcion parecía que nos estuviera vacilando, fue bastante desagradable, se notaba que no tenía ganas de que la molestaramos.

Hotel con historia y bien ubicado, zona con encanto. Habitación normal sin mucha luz y necesita reforma, una pena que esto fallara. Las chicas de recepción encantadoras.

Handy for the old town, lots of good places to eat within 5-10min walk. Very friendly staff. IT issues with the card machines when I arrived but that’s not the fault of the hotel

Perfect for a short trip to Girona, excellent location and friendly staff. Would book again if returning to Girona.
