Hotel Ópera

服務、 房間， 便利性都很好。早餐十分好。 唯一是花灑水力不足夠強及未有提供飲用水.

我地非常不幸運得到一間殘舊不堪的房間。首先我們的房間是有加床的，但床板已經爛咗一條木，加床的被鋪看似很厚，但一啲都唔好保暖。廁所燈一開就勁嘈，應該係抽氣扇嘅問題，搞到夜晚去廁所都唔敢開燈，因為怕會嘈醒同房家人。廁所設施非常殘舊，垃圾桶的蓋本身已經爛，咁多人清潔房間都冇修理或蓋上蓋、花灑柱鬆到會左搖右擺、化妝鏡又係鬆嘅、廁所板都係鬆既。當然我以上提及嘅幾樣設施，雖然係鬆但都可以正常運作，但係咁都可以比客入住，真係好過份。4星酒店？

附近有些乞丐會討錢，小心財物。the location is convenient and no facility in the hotel

the location is quite good next to royal palace,the only thing i feel not good is the breakfast fruit I lived here for 5 nights every morning breakfast fruit were not fresh

酒店喺市中心好方便，服務員的態度都很不錯，也有牙膏牙刷毛巾洗頭水沐浴露供應，歐洲酒店算不錯了！

We stay on the top floor, the view from the window is marvellous. The facility is complete and the room is large enough to place the luggage.

地點好卻不會太吵，房間很乾淨，以這價位來說相當不錯

住宿地點交通非常方便, 旁邊就是Opera Station及各路公車站, 走路8-10min可以到Plaza Sol & Callao Station. 附近也有很多非常棒的餐廳, 而且晚上吃完飯11-12點多回飯店也都蠻安全的也不會太吵鬧(畢竟我們住宿期間皇家馬德里贏了歐冠盃), 晚上睡覺關窗之後很安靜! 我們下次一定會再考慮來住!!

房間比想像中的小，不過床很舒適，按摩浴缸也很棒

相当满意的住宿体验啦！！！ 我们到达酒店办理check in比较早，还没到规定时间，本来想就先寄存一下行李，等玩一圈回来再入住，没想到前台的大叔（忘记问他名字，人实在太好了）让我们稍等一下之后有空房了，就直接让我们入住了……而且看到我们是中国来的，还祝贺我们春节快乐，并且给我们升级了房间，真心的太好了！！！ 酒店位置在地铁OPERA站出来2-3分钟就到了，出来就看到歌剧院了，酒店在歌剧院旁边，离马德里大皇宫步行5分钟就到了，去太阳广场也就步行10分钟，真是位置很好的~~~ 酒店房间不算小，酒店WIFI很快，房间里还有个小露台，可惜我们当天是下雨，不然在露台躺着喝点饮料吃点小食看看风景，实在太享受了~~~ 我们定了含晚餐和早餐的，晚餐是酒店餐厅提供的套餐，选了牛排和鸡排的套餐，还有前菜饮料和甜品，份量太足，味道很好，吃完真是要扶墙走出来的……早餐是自助的，品种虽然不多，但是绝对管饱啊，味道当然不差哦~~~ 最后请酒店前台叫了出租车，到机场统一价30欧一车，如果人多还是挺划算的，路上有点堵车，差不多40分钟到机场了。

Very good and central location

If you are visiting Madrid for the first time (as we were) you will not want to stay anywhere else! In fact, if you are visiting for the 1000th time, you will probably not want to stay anywhere else :) Hotel Opera is aptly named as its across the street from THE Madrid Opera, and adjacent to the Royal Palace. As such, you will be hard pressed to find a location more suitable for walking to some of the most impressive shopping, tourism, dining, and sight seeing the city has to offer! My mom and I ate at THE Mercado 4 times in our four day stay. The hotel itself is very modern and the staff is always available and always professional, welcoming, and kind. The room itself was (for me) very high-tech, and even had motorized shades that you could lower to darken the room further. We ventured out to Toledo one day, and the hotel is helpful there as well in that it's very accessible for taxi and uber, but is near car rental (sixt) too! If you want to shop, eat, sight see, or just sleep/rest (and not kill your budget), rest assured that Hotel Opera covers it all!

Great location and great food!

I booked this hotel based on their advertised pictures and overall rating on hotels.com ! It was such a surprise to my whole family when i walked in to a motel like environment , outdated hallways that resembles scary movies and mold in their bathroom and showers ! Staff was friendly and i dont have anything bad to say about them !

Bra läge för att upptäcka Madrid, nära till metro och gångavstånd till slottet, restauranger, shopping m.m. men upplevde inte att boendet var prisvärt. Frukosten va sunkig, gammalt hårt bröd, toasten va fryst och frukten va jäst. Och dyr va den. Vårt badrum hade full insyn utifrån utan möjlighet att dra för gardin om man gick på toaletten eller duschade eller badade badkar. Gav extrem instrålning av solen så badrummet var 38 grader varmt utan AC. Personalen erbjöd en fläkt men ryckte mest på axlarna. Framgår inte i beskrivningen att det inte finns gardiner. Ganska trist bemötande överlag. Bekväm säng och mörkläggningsgardin i sovrummet. Till hotellets nackdel finns på samma gata en dygnet runt öppen herrbastuklubb.
