Place seems a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Spa was nice and massage therapist Gabby was amazing. Not a Fru Fru massage. Staff was very helpful. Frankly our favorite beach in Brava from 3 areas. Water was calm and clear. Old town was charming and in walking distance. Check out Catalan restaurant next door. El Sorral. Best food we had out of all the beach towns visited.

J'ai été très déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout d'abord, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à ce qui était annoncé. Il était indiqué une vue sur le jardin, alors qu'en réalité il y avait un énorme vis-à-vis avec les chambres d'en face. Aucun jardin en vue. Les photos de l'annonce sont clairement trompeuses et ne reflètent pas la réalité. Il serait plus honnête d'afficher des images correspondant réellement aux chambres proposées. Le vis-à-vis était tellement important que nous étions obligés de garder les rideaux fermés en permanence si nous voulions préserver un minimum d'intimité. Autre point négatif : la porte de la salle de bain/WC est très MAL conçue. Et cela rendait l'utilisation de la salle de bain très peu pratique. Concernant le personnel, l'accueil et le service ont été décevants. À l'exception des femmes de chambre, qui étaient souriantes, chaleureuses et très agréables, les serveuses se sont montrées froides et peu aimables. Le rapport qualité-prix est également très mauvais. À mes yeux, on paie essentiellement pour la proximité de la plage, qui est effectivement juste à côté. Enfin, l'hôtel met en avant des photos de la piscine chauffante + spa, mais ne précise pas suffisamment que leur accès est payant, ce qui est une mauvaise surprise. Au final, je ressors vraiment déçu de ce séjour. Pour le prix demandé, je m'attendais à une prestation bien plus honnête et à un meilleur niveau de service. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Espetacular a localização. Tem que escolher quarto frente pro mar que faz toda a diferença na estada. O cafe da manhã perfeito e bem servido. Nao senti falta de nada. O jantar bem variado e bem servido. A simpatia do pessoal é fantástica. O Tony falou que nós éramos brasileiro para a Vanessa, (que nos atendeu muito bem) e nos deu dicas de passeios lazer da região. Amanda da recepção também merece destaque pelo profissionalismo e atenção. Voltarei com certeza.

Hotel bien placé face à la plage et à 5 mn à pied du centre ville touristique. Chambre vue mer avec balcon, très bien insonorisé, bonne literie. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Buffet petit déjeuner sucré salé complet. Animation musicale et dansante caque soir lors de notre séjour. Personnel très sympa , en particulier Hélias à la réception

Clean room. Great view. Room was much smaller than what was indicated online. Front desk guy was rude and condescending. Rooms are not quiet. Can hear people in the hallway and could hear the music downstairs last night. Music was from the party in the restaurant. Also.. I am sure we paid online for the room but he insisted we didn’t … also said parking would be easy to find around hotel area .. it wasn’t.

Great older hotel! Directly on beach Beautiful balcony facing the ocean. Bar area and outdoor terrace was amazing! Great service and great vibe. Only complaint were the beds. Small and not comfortable. Aside from that we loved this hotel

Agradable, cerca de todo( playa, tiendas, atención a la movilidad reducida en la playa...pueblo animado y cuidado. El hotel bien estructurado y bonito, calidad precio de tres estrellas. En general creo que atento con la diversidad de culturas...respetuosos y empaticos. Nosotras vamos unis días cada año

Superó nuestras expectativas, pero hubo un problema puntual de olores a cloaca insoportables que cesaron al desconectar el aire acondicionado, ocurrió durante dos noches de las tres que estuvimos, por lo demás muy bien, el trato del personal genial, la comida en relación calidad/precio muy bien también.
