Amazing hotel, service was perfect and the rooms are super comfortable. My only question is - who on earth thinks that glass toilets are a good idea? Has any guest ever once mentioned they wished the toilet walls were made of glass?! It’s absolutely bizarre but everything else about the hotel is incredible and I’ll definitely stay again.

Esta muy céntrico: al lado de la catedral de Santiago. Muy limpio y moderno. Excelente lugar.

Excellent stay!

This hotel has so much potential. The issues we had are things that the owners could fix and resolve if they had the right focus and staff. It is incredibly conveniente and in a great location, but precisely because of those atribuyes, that they should make an extra effort on providing better service and improvement room conditions, even at the expense of higher prices, guests would pay for it given the location this hotel is at. Beds are really bad and instead of offering a queen, they offer cheap double twin beds. AC doesn’t work as it should, and even when we asked to be repaired, the issue was never addressed. A couple of days after the rooms were services, we still had to ask for mats and towels as they forgot, and the floor wasn’t properly cleaned. The little reception office is incredibly hot, so I can’t imagine how that mana her can work in that space at that temperature.

Badekar midt i værelset med udsigt over kirkepladsen, hvor Camino vandrere kom og gik og sad og lå. I det hele taget var værelset meget fantasifuldt indrettet - med udsigtsbænk, lækkert badeværelse, stor seng og masser af plads. Dejlig central beliggenhed. Meget hjælpsom staff

AC does not work, no elevator in the back building

The hotel is at the foot of the cathedral. It’s an absolutely beautiful location. The rooms are comfortable. Definitely a great place to be.

Beautiful boutique property. Mix reviews of staff. Two price for what it has to offer.

We stayed in the king room with plaza view. It was insane. One of the coolest experiences of hotel Ive done. The bath tub was incredible and you can see the square from your bed!

Great hotel right on the main square. Perfect to drop on the bed after your Camiño. The staff are kind and friendly. Not sure €12 breakfast is good value though based on what I saw

Very clean hotel, nicely renovated and the location can’t be beat. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones

While conveniently located, it’s not worth the price for the stay as hotel functions more like an air b n b with no 24 hr reception. Reception staff is also not helpful and comes across as rude. Air conditioning was not working well and we had open the windows to let in cool air. Please do not use plaza obradoiro if you ever visit santiago

Santigo es una experiencia unica.. el hotel esta en la mejor ubicación posible.. no es grande ni espacioso pero es ideal

What we liked the most is that the distance to the cathedral from the hotel is only a few steps away

The location next to cathedral is perfect and the staff is super helpful.
