Just checking out now after our second stay here, the staff are all very hard working, thank you to Silvin who kept our room perfect. The hotel caters for a gluten free diet which my husband needs due to being celiac, if I could recommend one thing, it would be the evening meal had a little more gluten free options, maybe an choice of pasta to add to the sauces on offer. The hotel is across from Jokers and although our balcony faced it, the patio door was great. Thank you

An excellent stay. The hotel was great. We are a pair of friends in our 50s looking for something quiet and classy during the day, but close to the nightlife. It didn’t dissapoint. We went full board, well worth it, the food is good. Drinks at meal times and around the pool good value. Small things that could be improved. During meal times the plates were cleared as soon as your knife and fork touched down. That felt quite rude at times. The elevators were noisy with lots of binging. We could hear it down the corridor, so must have been bad if you had a room closer. You don't expect to pay for a room safe. Not in a hotel of this quality anyway. We would 100% stay again.

Superb hotel, great atmosphere around the pool. Majority of staff are friendly and welcoming, just a male worker that sometimes worked the pool bar that clearly needed a career move but that didn’t dampen our stay. Food in the restaurant is brilliant. Already booked for next September.
