Perfect hotel, everybody extremely nice and helpful, small and cozy, nice rooms, no nice even it is in the middle of the ramblas, subway entrance exactly in front of the hotel entrance. Bar restaurant super nice, with life music, breakfast. Amaizing, highly recommended!

My floor is 1/F but needs to climb 13 steps with 2 pieces of heavy luggage after taking a lift.
The bed is too soft.
Wifi in tbe room is 99% not available. Had to go to the common room for connection.
The bathroom is very dirty.
My room faces a back alley. At night you can hear people talking

I have never had such a bad hotel. The only merit is the location and front desk lady service. No wifi, uncontrollable room temperature. Day 1 is hot, days 2, 3 and 4 cold - is Ridiculous ! Asked for adjustment but was given a blanket to take care of myself

Super convenient location just right opposite to the metro exit, in the heart of La Ramblas, rooms were tidy and innovative decoration, petite balcony with nice views, Front desk service by a Malaga young lady was very nice, comfortable stayed.

Good location on la ramblas. Room was fine for a very short stay. If you prefer a more luxurious setting, then upgrade to a more expensive room.
We felt the reception area would benefit from a upgrade to a more brighter entrance with more space for guests entering and leaving.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The water refilling station was a great asset and saved on buying bottled water.

Homeless people were gathered outside our balcony every night doing drugs, getting into fights, being loud all night. During the day there was an ongoing construction in the area right in front and around the hotel making is very loud and noisy all day.The room smelled really bad and wasn’t clean enough.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. The star rating is totally incorrect and the manager could not be more rude. We actualy tried looking for a hotel to transfer to but everything nearby was full. Avoid this place at all costs.

Huone oli epäsiisti kun saimme sen. Ovi oli myöskin jätetty auki kun saimme avaimet huoneeseen. Huone ei näyttänyt ollenkaan samoilta kuin kuvissa, vaan täysin vastakohta. Seinät olivat repaleiset ja rikkinäiset, vessa ja kylpyamme olivat likaiset ja kaapit pölyssä. Ulkoa ja hotellin käytäviltä kuuluivat kaikki äänet sisälle huoneeseen.

Enjoyed the Wolf Cave and made a dinner reservation for the balcony overlooking La Ramblas. Dinner was excellent but did not like the fact that people were allowed to smoke on the balcony but it seems like common practice in Spain. Enjoyed the singers. Front desk was very helpful.

Ubicación céntrica del hotel, aunque el bullicio de la zona en Ramblas no permite descansar.
También la limpieza de la habitación requiere más dedicación. Por ejemplo, bajo la cama había bastante polvo; quizás sea por las obras de construcción que la Municipalidad está realizando en la calle cerca al hotel.
