Personnellement c'est de l'arnaque, le all Inclusiv n'est en fait pas tout inclus, les boissons alcolisées sont payantes. Le monsieur de l'accueil arrogant.

The hotel is close to the beach, friendly staff. The pool closes at 7:30 which is too early in the summer months.

Hotel excelente, apartamento grande, bom restaurante. Equipe muito simpática. Estacionamento disponível a pagamento. Ótima praia há apenas 10 minutos de caminhada. Nosso checkout foi 12:00 hs, mas pudemos ficar no hotel usando piscina e depois pudemos almoçar e pegar bebidas a vontade, até a hora do nosso voo que era no finalzinho da tarde. Voltaria novamente, hotel muito bom!

Boissons et cocktails un peu léger Alcool payants

Sono stato in questa struttura con la mia compagna e mia figlia di poco più di un anno. La struttura molto bella sia per quanto riguarda la camera che il resto della struttura. Nel complesso buona anche la proposta dell' all inclusive anche se un pò tutte le pietanze risultavano piuttosto salate. Piacevole anche l'intrattenimento con Roberto (simpaticissimo). L'unica cosa che mancava, un pò piu di animazione per i bambini. Per il resto una menzione particolare a tutto lo staff che è stato carinissimo soprattutto con la bambina. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo in futuro.

Friendly and we loved our swim up room!

Resort is beautiful, amazing service and food.Food is unbelievably good and service was first class! Very clean and the staff were very friendly!

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Playa Park and would like to share my experience. I really enjoyed the entertainment and activities organized for the guests. The staff in charge of these events were friendly and enthusiastic, which helped create a lively atmosphere. However, several issues affected my overall experience. At times, the glasses at the bar had an unpleasant smell, which made the bar service less enjoyable. More seriously, I experienced a problem with the cleanliness of my room. There were insects (possibly mites) that caused many bites on my skin, leading to two nights of poor sleep and discomfort. The hotel’s location is close to a bar area mostly visited by German tourists, but unfortunately, the streets around the hotel are often dirty and smell strongly of urine, likely due to people drinking in the area. In general, it was not a good experience. While I appreciated the activities offered, the hygiene problems and the condition of the surrounding area made my stay less pleasant than expected.

My mum and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was amazing, and we were really impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come again.

Drunk people all around the property

Et fint standard hotel men lever ikke op til sine 4 stjerner. Det var meget tydeligt, at det ligger i et område med fest… Border og liggestole blev ikke tørt af ved poolen, hvorfor de var klisteret efter drinks m.m. som blev indtaget ved poolen. Hotellet ligger ikke op til børn, da der er rigtig meget party om eftermiddagen og helt normalt at se folk med høj promille på dagligt basis og/eller og sove brandet ud. Vi oplevede opkast på toilettet… Folk skal have lov til at feste og hygge sig, men derfor ikke så oplagt til børnefamilier. Værelserne var meget lytte, hvorfor det blev afbrudt søvn af personer der kommer hjem fra byen. Det er ikke unormalt, at der i løbet af natten blev banken på sin dør, at personer der kom retur fra en bytur. Rummelige og rene værelser. 👌 Maden i buffeten var fint, men ikke 4 stjerner. Service og venlighed fra personalet fejlede intet.

Lovelt hotel but not great for kids. location is very busy for partying and loud in the evening. No room service and tv didn't work in the room.

Very clean . The staff were excellent. The room was big and cleaned daily very well. The pools were keep in pristine condition. The food was overall good for a all you can eat.

My favorite hotel on Mallorca. Big room with sofa. Clean bathroom. Nice balcony with view of the pools. All inclusive with good food. Good service and friendly staff. Further down the street towards the beach the street is a real lively party street with a lot of drunk people, but at the hotel the street is calm and you are not bothered by the party people. I missed English speaking channels on TV.
