Sa Franquesa Nova 飯店

The property was stunning - so peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous contryside. The daily breakfast was delicious and the restaurant offerings were plentiful. There were chickens and cats roaming throughout the property. We were invited to check in with a glass of cava, and a bottle of their vineyard’s wine awaited us in the suite. Maintenance was very quick to respond to issues as we discovered a wasp nest near our suite, and it was gone within an hour of our notifying them. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it!

Hôtel magnifique, tout est parfait

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente. El hotel está rodeado de viñedos y campo. Todos los jardines y alrededores son preciosos. Lo mejor, el personal del restaurante, todos son encantadores y nos han hecho sentir como en casa. La única sugerencia: es un hotel que debería ser adults only. Volveremos sin duda.

Fijn familie georiënteerd hotel in een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Het personeel geeft je echt het gevoel dat je welkom bent een doet alles om er een fijn verblijf van te maken. Absolute aanrader als je van landelijke omgeving houdt

Très bel environnement, vue très dégagée dont on profite au temps des repas. Petit déjeuner bien achalandé Très belle piscine Chatons, chats,poussins, poules, coqs se promènent librement dans la magnifique propriété. Très calme

Es ist ein schönes Landhotel, leider ein reiner Kids Club in Juli, nur Kleinkinder im Hotel man kann sich die Atmosphäre vorstellen, nach 10min am Pool hat man einfach keine Lust mehr. Für Ruhesuchende im Juli sicher das falsche Hotel. Wir haben nicht erwartet dass so viele Familien mit Kleinkinder in ein Landhotel gehen und den ganzen Tag dort sind. Frühstück gut, grosse Auswahl, ausser der Automatenkaffe müsste nicht sein. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt.

Durchgelegene Betten und in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Ländliche Lage mit toller Atmosphäre im Restaurant. Frühstück Top, Abendessen hingegen eher ein Flop. Wespenplage am Pool. Ab 5 Uhr morgens das Geschrei der Tiere (HAHN) lässt einen nicht ausschlafen. Günstige Getränke und kostenlose Snacks am Nachmittag.

Todo perfecto, muy recomendable!

Stunning property and wonderful staff! Lovely rural location, short drive to beautiful coastal areas. The staff were wonderful, warm, very helpful and professional. Will stay here again if we come back to Mallorca!

Traumhafte Anlage mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Nur wenige Zimmer und dadurch ganz privat und familiär.

Can’t wait to return already! We had an amazing experience, such a beautiful place. If I could request anything for the future it would be more of an a la carte breakfast option & vegetarian options for dinner as you can stay here the whole day/week and be catered for all. Staff were really accommodating!

Sehr gemütlich und toll eingerichtet. Der mallorquinischen, schlichte aber einladenden Stil sowie das nette und aufmerksame Personal haben den Urlaub sehr angenehm und stressfrei gemacht ! Der Pool ist klasse mit tollem Blick über die Landschaft

Sehr ruhige und wunderschöne Lage... Wer sich einige Tage von der "Aussenwelt" abmelden will, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Mietauto ist Pflicht.

Das etwas abgelegene Finca-Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, herzlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir konnten unseren Orangensaft frisch pressen, es gab diverse Brote und Brötchen, frisches Obst und Joghurt sowie Aufschnitt. Besucher am Frühstückstisch waren Hühner und ihre Küken und eine süße Katze. Am Pool waren wir zeitweise sogar alleine und haben das kühle Nass und die schöne Aussicht auf die Felder genossen. Tagsüber konnten wir uns mit kalten Getränken und Kaffee zu moderaten Preisen versorgen, die in einem großen Kühlschrank gelagert werden. Man schreibt auf, was man verzehrt und dies wird über das Zimmer abgerechnet. Alternativ kann man sich im Zimmer den kleinen Kühlschrank selbst füllen. Unser Tipp: die geschmackvollen Zitronen vor dem Zimmer pflücken und damit das Mineralwasser automatisieren. Danke für einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

The hotel staff could not be more friendly and was always helpfull. On the premises there was a beautifull pool, with a nice view. Unfortunately there was no seperate area for small children. The garden was well maintained and was nice to walk through. The breakfast was above average, but a bit more variety would have been nice. The lunch and evening meals were excellent and we enjoyed these a lot. Apart from the last evening meal, were we appearantly weren‘t that important anymore. There was a wedding going on at the premises, but 1 hour just to get drinks... And we were with a small child that got more impatient by the minute. Normally one would get served an amuse-gueule, bread, aioli and olives. Because of the long waiting this would‘ve made the difference, but they forgot that with us. The room was always very clean and looked good. Unfortunately there were a few things in the room that were broken, like there was no shower door, WiFi never worked and the bed broke. The bed got fixed quickly, but even though we asked several times, they never got the WiFi working. All in all the rooms and premises look beautiful and they put a lot of effort into everything. There are just these small things that could be improved, but didn‘t really negatively impact our holiday.

Sehr elegantes und typisches Hotel mit hohem Komfort und einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, besonders für Paare ohne Kinder geeignet. Leider fehlt der allen Voraussetzung bietendem Ausstattung und Einrichtung das persönliche Flair. Dies ist leider meistens nur durch ein Eigentümer geführtes Haus möglich.
